OSRAM LIGHTIFY Flex LED-Stripes 5 m Length for Outdoor Application/dimmable / IP65 / warmwhite to Daylight 2000K - 6500K and Colour Control/Compatible with Alexa [Energy Class B]

The Osram Sylvania lightify outdoor strips are cutting edge, however that’s expected from them. There is no smart home company, in terms of smart lighting that can complete with Osram lightify products. Their quality, support and deep product offerings show why they’re an industry lead in the ZigBee smart lighting product space.The strips are outdoor wet rated, offer full spectrum color with turnable white and are very long. The colors are the best yet we’ve seen when compared to Philips hue light strips plus, which are however indoor only. That being sad outdoor rated products sometimes come with some nuances; such like these strips cannot be cut or spliced to increase length. Which was a little odd, considering the lightify garden spots (RGB, not turnable white) can be doubled in length on the same ZigBee power supply. But it’s easy to understand that splicing strips may not be the most weather resistant choice, and sealing them end to end was probably the better way to go. We’ve attached photos of the different colors, dimming and turnable white to this review. As you can see, the greens are limy, which was an issue on Gen 2 Philips hue looking washed out, however Osram have always had superior colors to Philips hue, even on Gen 3 Hue. In fact the 6500K bright white (blueish white) was so bright, on the photo it gave starburst effects; these are some powerful, high quality and bright lights. Which is great to have a dimming option, because you don’t always want it on full, unless you have guests over in our case of our backyard patio install.The product also includes clips and nails for attaching to railings, gazebos, gutters, decks and fences, which is great. It’s also important to note that Osram lightify are the only ZigBee companies to offer outdoor rated RGBW ZigBee strips, garden spots and PAR38 flood lights. The only other company we’ve seen that offers only one of these is GE Light Link PAR38 (Wet Rated), however those have either been discontinued, or are hard to find, (also very inferior).We’ve tried the garden spots, which are wet-rated as well, and can confirm they’ve successfully made it through 2 winters, bright and strong. We’re hoping it’s the same with these outdoor strips. What we did is wedge them in between our patio stones and the plastic border that was in place; they slipped in like a glove and we were connected with Samsung smart things hub v2 in less than 5 minutes. We also tested with Amazon Alexa to SmartThings, and she can change the colors as well as the whites and dim.They respond from the controller very quick and are reasonability priced. When you first open the box and pick them up, you can immediately tell the high quality and craftsmanship is like nothing else we’ve seen on the market today. It's yet another solid offering from Osram, highly recommended, my wife and I will probably end up buying 3 more to complete the Patio. Fantastic Work, Amazing Quality, We’re sticking with Osram!

Ho comprato questa striscia approfittando di un'offerta lampo, invogliato dal fatto che fosse IP65 e lunga ben 5 metri.Il titolo dell'inserzione a mio avviso è fuorviante "Osram Flex Lightify Apparecchio di Illuminazione Integrata, 24 W, Bianco, 488 x 1.4 x 4.5 cm"Non è infatti una striscia di led bianchi ma una striscia RGB di colore bianco. Leggendo infatti meglio la descrizione e poi facendo delle ricerche su google con il productID si evince che è proprio RGB.Il prodotto è ben fatto. La guaina protettiva della striscia di led è trasparente e molto morbida. Non so dire però quanto duri nel tempo e se possa ingiallire dal momento che è per esterni. Personalmente l'ho montata in un profilato nell'arcata sotto il gazebo quindi non è esposto nè a pioggia battente nè a vento.Ho incontrato parecche difficolta nel montaggio sul profilato in quanto nè il nastro biadesivo nè il silicone riescono ad aderire bene alla striscia. L'unica alternativa è ricorrere alle clip gommose incluse nella confezione che si avvitano con delle piccole viti sempre incluse.A mio avviso il montaggio della striscia con queste clip in una trave a faccia in giù non è proprio il massimo in quanto si creano delle onde a meno di non mettere tutto in trazione stringendo molto (troppo) le viti. Dovendola fissare in un profilato ad L in plastica ho usato una combinazione di silicone che la teneva ferma quanto basta evitando le fastidiose onde e poi delle clip per evitare che si scollasse per il peso.La luminosità è sorprendente. La resa cromatica pure.L'unica nota negativa è la lunghezza del cavo di alimentazione che va dal ricevitore wireless al trasformatore vero e proprio. E' di pochi centimetri contrariamente al paio di metri presenti nella linea lightify gardenpole e gardenspot. Avrei preferito fosse di almeno un metro.Spero che l'alimentatore sia costruito con componenti migliori di quelli dei Gardenspot altrimenti si guasterà presto come già accaduto e recensito.La connessione al gateway è stata immediata e senza problemi.Questa striscia quindi rappresenta una valida alternativa per l'esterno alle normali strisce incapsulate in un profilato stagno.

La striscia in se è favolosa!!! Luce diretta abbastanza per illuminare una camera matrimoniale, non saprei se montata nascosta (tipo veletta) darebbe lo stesso. In più, gli effetti preimpostati fanno colpo su tutti, meglio se a sorpresa! L'applicazione invece è deludente, si blocca spesso, perde la connessione con il Gateway, è molto lenta ecc.

Bandeau couleur de 5mPayé 40eurosMême si c'est une qualité bien inférieur à celui de Philips, c'est imbattable...Fonctionne très bien avec le pont Philips Hue, l'application all 4 hue et mon pont/télécommande harmony.Je recommande.

je possède la version "intérieure" et la version "extérieure".Les deux sont RGBW, compatible avec le pont HUE sans problème (on lance la recherche sur le pont puis on branche le bandeau, détection immédiate pour moi).

Me sert d'éclairage terrasse sur le store. Nickel quant à la fonction Lightify OSRAM (attention nécessite un gateway).Prix très intéressant.
