Great bike
My daughter loves this bike. She got it for her 9th birthday. It was easy to put together. It has all the tools you need. I read some reviews that said their wheels were warped so that was the first thing I looked at when I unpacked her bike for assembly. No issues. We are happy with the purchase.

Arrived with front wheel slightly warped. All Amazon can do is accept return and give refund. I contacted Joystar on line and received no reply. While there, I registered the purchase for warranty and received an acknowledgment but what good is a warranty if they don't reply about a problem? This is a Christmas present so I need to at least have it under the tree. It has now been 3 days since I messaged Joystar for help. I may put it back in the box and return it after Christmas if I cant get it resolved by then. At least I can depend on Amazon to stand behind their sales.Updated to 4 stars from 2 because after posting my review I was contacted by seller later that night. They said they couldn't find my original message left on their website. They offered to reimburse the bill if I wanted to take the bike to a bike shop to have the wheel tuned.

my daughter is super happy with her new bike. she loves the colors and it is the perfect fit. i used the size guide and it was just as expected.

DO NOT BUY
The media could not be loaded. Edited: this bike is garbage. The handle bars are not adjustable and sit so far out from the seat. Ever with the seat at the lowest point, my 6 year old is hunched over. There is no way this bike would last another 3 years (per the age range mentioned in the description).This, plus the fact that it arrives damage (see below) is why it is being returned. DO NOT BUYI saw other reviews about bent/misshaped parts, scratches, and other defects/damages. Before I assembled the bike I noticed screws with chipped coating, scratches on the bike frame and a front tire that is warped and wobbles. Honestly for the price I would expect better. Hoping when I reach out to the manufacturer, they are able to help with part replacement given I spent almost $200 on this bike.

The Damn Training Wheels
The bike is okay, but the training wheels will not stay in place. One side lifts too far off the ground and my grandson tips over.
