I have small shed next to a 22KW Generac generator.  can this be used on wood to protect from the exhaust of the generator?

Only if it's used in conjunction with a drip line electrical fence that's rated at .02745 kilowatts with a half spun reducer coil the helps to not empede the heat from that generic exhaust once it hits the wood. If that doesn't work cut a hole in your shed and run a schedule 80 pvc pipe from exhaust into wooden shed so it'll heat it during winter months like some colleagues of mine do in the Ohio area. Basically if you want to protect your wood from exhaust from a generator I'd recommend a different approach to solve your dilemma.  Like for instance leaving home ownership to someone that would think your method was feasibly foolish. My best recommendation Bobby is to sell your home and start renting. No Bobby, painting a wood shed with hightemp exhaust paint will not protect the wood. It's kind of a humorous approach to a home improvement project I'll give you that Bobby.  I do not recommend this type of method your seeking. I have no recommendations for you regarding anything. Hope this helps you. It's exhaust paint. To be applied to metals. Not woods of any variety.
