Product appears to have been opened before.

Product appears to have been opened before I received it. I didn't notice it until after opening the TV and trying to install. Unfortunately product was wrong for the model. What makes me say it was open is a clear tape was wrapped around it, but I didn't cut it open it was obviously torn and I use a razor knife.
