Q: What is the pressing date of this oil?

The one we sell was pressed on November-December 2015. The best before date recommended by the manufacturer for this harvest is March 2018. The new harvest is not still available for the US market.

Q: What is the polyphenol count?

I did not count them. But I can tell you it is award winning Olive oil. Fine flavored. Best wishes.
