This is my second purchase of this product. I have been purchasing products to restore electrolytes and hydrate for many years. I found them to be too sweet, even though many were sugar free. Just on a whim I thought I would try Nectar. I found it to be so refreshing. It has a hint of sweetness along with flavor. I first ordered the variety pack. When that was about finished I had decided my favorite flavor and ordered a 30 pack of just that flavor. I make sure I have one a day. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

These were my life line to minimal headaches while pregnant. Not a bunch of crazy additives and sugar! I’m very picky on flavors but this one tastes so good, and is easy to mix/ dissolve! But you do have to make sure you mix it all so you aren’t left with any grainy bits at the bottom! Works well to keep you hydrated. I drank about 1-2 packets a day while I was pregnant! I still order them and use them every now and then for a little extra hydration!

I am so picky about hydration packets. I hate every other kind I’ve ever tried. I can’t stand the artificial sweetener taste. These are so amazing! They taste great (my favorite is strawberry lemonade, but I’ve tried them all and they are honestly all good, some flavors better than others) I used to buy the variety pack now I just buy the bulk strawberry lemonade. I keep a few in my pocketbook, a few in my work bag, and a few in my car. I get dehydrated really easily and suffer from chronic headaches and migraines. Drinking one of these a day has really helped me. Sometimes I’m so dehydrated I feel the relief after a few sips. I can’t say enough good about these. They are expensive but it’s worth it to me because I look at it as something for my health and wellness. I’d much rather buy these and cut out Gatorade or whatever else I was drinking.

I did a ton of research on hydration products for our family. I found A Urologist that did extensive research on 12 different hydration products and she gave Nectar Hydration Packets a 4.9 out of 5. So I thought I would give it a try. We absolutely love it. 1. Best tasting, 2. Made with organic fruit and no artificial ingredients. 3. Sugar free. 4. Zero Calories, 5. Variety of flavors, 6. 100% Vegan 7. Easy to use. 8. Price is reasonable. 9. Absolutely no stomach upset. 10. Very effective at keeping us all hydrated. We have been using this for several months now. I personally love all the flavors so I get the variety package. My son likes the strawberry lemonade so I get him a 30 day supply of those. You can get the variety pack and see what you like best. I will say that you need to shake it vigorously to get it all to dissolve completely. Some I’ve read add it to a little warm water first so it dissolves easier. It all depends on what you prefer. I keep the packets in a Tupperware container for easy access 👍. I will definitely continue using this product for our family. Give it a try I don’t think you will be disappointed.

So far I really like this stuff. I am so glad to find an electrolyte supplement that really is just electrolytes and no sugars or calories or other vitamins added. I dont want all that other stuff. So thank you for that, Nectar! I have chronic migraines and have medications that contribute to dehydration even though I drink water all day. This electrolyte supplement helps keep me hydrated without all the other stuff so many other brands add to their supplements. Yes it is salty and the flavor can be a bit tart but that is to be expected considering it is just the electrolytes and some flavoring. If you put it in enough water it dilutes the taste but I just put it in about 8 oz and just drink it down quickly. I've gotten used to the taste now. I haven't felt any negative side effects. When I can tell I'm dehydrated and drink this I can tell that it helps quickly, so for me it is very effective. However, it doesn't always dissolve completely and there are small chunks left at the bottom sometimes. That is really why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Also when you open the container make sure its not near your face as the powder easily gets stirred up and out in the air and it can make you cough if you happen to breath it in. I still recommend this to anyone looking for a simple electrolyte supplement because despite its flaws it really works and is a decent price compared to others. They do have a wide variety of flavors too which I really like. I prefer the watermelon, strawberry lemonade and cherry pomegranate. There are still a few I haven't tried yet.
