TL;DR: Picked one up at Arnold Classic, liked it enough to order a case, and it has been a pre workout staple since. Got handed one of these at Arnold Classic which is either a genius marketing strategy or the reason my wallet is now considerably lighter. The taste was good enough that ordering a proper supply felt like an obvious next step rather than an impulse. It is very fizzy which I personally enjoy, and despite being sugar free it somehow satisfies a sugar craving without tasting like a chemistry experiment, which is a minor miracle in this category. The quality comes through in the taste and critically these sit completely fine on the stomach, which cannot be said for every pre workout on the market. Digestibility is not an issue either, which is more than you can say for plenty of pre workouts that leave you doubled over before you have even finished warming up. Easy to drink, good value for what you get, and convenient in can form rather than having to faff about with scoops and shakers at half six in the morning. Does exactly what a pre workout should do without leaving you feeling like you have licked a battery. If Arnold's team are handing these out it is presumably because they work, and on that basis they have not let me down. Five stars and probably exactly what they intended when they set up that stand.

I've been ABE's preworkout powdered version for a while now. But having discovered the cans I may stick with these as it's easier than worrying about measuring the dose as much, also tingles from the beta-alanine (which I hate) seems less. They also taste great, I've made a mess in my kitchen trying to create a fizzy pre-workout in the past before I knew this was around 😂

Great taste, just like a red bull. Not the best flavour in the ABE range as cherry is the GOAT. But still good

Monthly subscription a little bit pricey but still good

I really like this drink it's a really good boost of energy only thing is the aftertaste.
