Omg!! Love!!
I would call myself a pro in the self tanning area simply because I've been doing this since the days of QT (if you know, you know). I would have put ST. TROPEZ or COCO AND EVE as tops until this ... oh my.... so so so beautiful. I can't even explain it but I have used their formula in an actual tanning booth and it is by far my favorite so when I saw this i decided to try it and I'm thrilled. So many tanners give you more color with the "guide color" and it looks pretty good but a shower takes it away and the developed color isn't much at all. This didn't have a lot of guide color at all but just enough to do what it's there for however within an hour or so I saw the most lovely natural golden tan with not a hint of orange. I don't think you can get a pretty color AND have no smell but trust me it's not bad at all. One of the least smelly, best color and most natural not to mention just one application on my arms was perfect and it has lasted. I am done with the rest and this is my HG forever. Fantastic. I know there are a lot of reviews from fair skinned people which concerned me it would be too light but it's not at all. It's just REAL. I absolutely see why it's loved by fair skin people but honestly this is just a real color. I mean if you go super dark and I assume you can layer this each day for that look but I just want to look tan in natural way all year. Super dark isn't a look I'm interested in because it's kind of cheesy and I'm too lazy lol. I just can't get over the color and how smooth my skin on my arms looks. I don't have freckles on my face and I'm a sunscreen junkie who also loves to have color but my arms have freckles and spots from the sun and some light scars from years of kittens etc..I do scar really easy and this just made my arms look smooth like a teens skin with a tan. I'm in love. Never ever discontinue this. I'm shocked more people don't talk about it but if it's my secret, so be it. Just know this... if it's the preferred solution for a tanning booth .. that's all you need to know. People pay big money for this formula and it's worth every penny.

French Riviera not Jersey shore 😉
I’ve been spray tanning for 15+ years and have tried almost all of the higher end brands for home use, for color this is the BEST. I am light-medium skin with yellow undertones and things turn orange on me easily. The Venetian line from Norvell gets me the darkest, most believable brown tan from a can. The only thing better would be to get a professional airbrush using this Norvell formula. It’s easy to apply and never turns out blotchy. I usually apply it before bed and in the morning it’s gorgeous. This one needs the full 8 hrs though but it’s so worth it because it’s long lasting (about 7 days) as long as you prep your skin by exfoliating and don’t use moisturizers with heavy oils. The only negative I can think of is if you have light skin it’s too obvious to wear out before you wash off, especially on the face. Be careful around the hair line especially if you have platinum blonde or white hair like me. I usually go back after I rinse off with a Q-tip and apply a little if I missed a spot. Unfortunately I do not have luck with the facial spray from this line which is extremely messy to apply and each bottle I bought (3) leaked terribly. I wish they would come out with a crème or serum for the face. I just use this mousse on my face applied with a brush or mini finger mitt applicator and I’ve never had an issue even with sensitive skin. The smell is pleasant and you hardly smell the DHA. A very close second to this is Designer Skin’s Brilliance Mist.

Your Own Airbrush Technician In A Bottle!
5 stars for the color, quality, value and scent. This is the exact same stuff the technician sprays you with at the spa/salon. In fact its the brand they used that I loved when I worked at a spa and lived in FL. The color is ridiculously perfect. NO ORANGE - just a deep reddish brown. You will definitely not feel like your sunless tan is ''on the yellow or orange side'' compared to the real tans at the beach or pool. I have a very light skin tone, I'd say its a neutral skin tone because I have both pinks and yellow/green tone throughout my skin and very very fair with zero sun or tanning, I dont burn too bad but I don't tan dark brown either. Some say it has a ''greyish'' hue to it and they don't like it because ''it looks dirty''. Well, everyone, that is exactly what combats the orange/yellow and its the exact tone of the people who naturally tan dark. All you need to do is thoroughly work it in to your skin and you will not ''look dirty'' at all and you won't look like you are wearing fake tan because the color is so on point. With that said, I would say you really have to know what you are doing to use this product by yourself or it will be a disaster lol. You cannot be afraid of this product you have to go all in and be very thorough in how well you blend it all over your skin. Have a very slightly damp microfiber cloth nearby so you can touch up imperfections, you can even very lightly go over the whole area with it to make sure the color guide is blended flawlessly (this is if you don't have a tanning mit around, I did not today so I used gloves and a damp microfiber cloth) If you do have a tanning mit, you should have no problems whatsoever blending this on your skin, for the most part, if you have some experience. The dark color guide will cling to any fine hairs on your body which if you leave it there will look terrible, but they can easily be lightly buffed away with the damp cloth after application. It sounds like a lot but its so worth the results of this product, because of the price and how long it lasts. Big bottle! This product smells so good - cherryish and a very subtle developing smell, but nothing like most products - even a lot of the higher end ones stink. And obviously be sure to properly prep (exfoliate and moisturize the night before) your skin, not only for the final result but it will help the color guide to look very pretty on your skin while you wait for it to develop during the day, and not a dirty streaky mess. Go ahead and use on face but use very sparingly in that area and reeeaallly blend well or you will look weird lol It is slightly sticky for about an hr. In my opinion that is a very small price to pay for what you get here. Just like after you leave an airbrush session, wear loose fitting clothes that you don't mind getting some color guide on. Should wash out of clothes but you don't want to wear your best light/white clothes after application. Its always a sad thing when the time comes to shower and you have to wash off the deep dark color guide, but the tan it leaves is still that same very pretty red/brown tone...just slightly lighter. Apply a high quality deep moisturizer to your skin so that the fade is even and not flaky looking - this is the trouble that you run into if you are very fair and put a deep dark tanner on, no matter the quality of the tanner. It can be done but you can't be lazy about the care of it. Also mix in a little light tanning lotion of whatever brand, I use Caribbean Solutions (which is also great natural color on its own, just not as dark as Norvell, all organic, and the ingredients are like bathing your skin in vitamins) mixed with a good body butter or lotion daily to prolong the tan and so it fades slowly and evenly with no flaky blotches.

Best self tanner
Great color, no streaks, easy to apply

One of my favorites
One of the best self tanners. I love that you can see the color as you apply it so that you don't miss any areas. I am very light and have red under tones to my skin and this color does not leave me orange at all. The color lasts nearly a week maybe a little longer if you avoid chlorine pools and hot tubs. The only downfall is that while its drying before you rinse it will stain on your light colored clothes or sheets. It comes out in the wash though. Great product!

So good and not orange!!!
This is so good! Dries fast and is not patchy or orange. I put it on before bed, and the next morning (so about 9-10hrs after applying) I rinsed off in the shower. No soap. I put 2 coats on my arms and legs. Showered regularly the next day. I also bought the Venetian gradual self tan lotion and used it on day 4. It’s day 6, and my tan hasn’t faded! I tried using their spray liquid in a foam pump. While it look okay, I think the mousse is better. There’s a lot in the bottle. After one use, I’ve still got 3/4 of the bottle left.

Uneven application
If your skin has ANY bit of dry dryness anywhere, it will soak up the tanner like a sponge giving you a blotchy, uneven application. I showered, shaved and exfoliated as instructed, but I must have exfoliated some spots harder than others, because my skin got rough and the formula soaked the formula up leaving me with weird darker patches. For whatever reason, my pores also soaked up more of the formula leaving me with very noticeable strawberry legs. As far as color goes, it does seem to be a somewhat natural tan color. My skin is naturally on the tinker side, so this didn't match the upper half of my body as well as I would have liked, but this is probably a good match for those with cooler skin tones. In terms of longevity, it does seem to last a decently long time. Since I didn't love the patchiness, I tried heavily exfoliating daily to remove the product, and it took at least a full week of constant scrapping/exfoliating to finely get my skin back to bare skin.

From a self tanning pro
First off, I very rarely leave reviews. Bad habit, I know. But seriously, I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't believe in the product. Let me start by saying I am practically a tanning pro at this point. I have spent endless amounts of money on tanning products, between salons, lotions, sprays, and mousse. I have found that foam mouse products combined with tanning mitts get the best overall even tan with minimal streaks. Now, as far as foam mousse go, say a brand name and I have most likely tried it. I have even tried the expensive Instagram brands. The problem is, they do not seem to last as long and get much blotchier when fading. -St tropez takes my top three. It contains green dyes that help make the tan look more natural, but again it does not last very long. -Leading top two, formally my number one, is Jergens foaming mousse. This is my go to over night tan fix. It last for an entire week. And it's cheaper than most. Problem is it doesn't seem to dry very fast. -Finally my new number one, DWTS mousse!!! I am so happy I found this stuff. Seriously. A little more expensive, but well worth it. I surprisingly found out about this on Instagram. I am a hairdresser so majority of the people I follow are artist. There is a light lovely smell to the product, but it is not nearly as strong as the others. Best part about this stuff is I can put it on a hour before going out and have an instant glow that continues to develop and dries almost instantly! It lasted almost two weeks with two back to back applications. The color is BY FAR the most natural I have found to date!!!!!! THE PROCESS:: I typically apply the mousse after my shower before bed so that my tan can deepen while I sleep. I do not apply a barrier. I use tanning mitts and rub the mouse all over my body, including my face, very gently applying to feet, knees, elbows, hands and face. I wear loose long sleeve pants and shirt to protect my bed sheets and let the product breathe. After I am dressed, I go back with regular moisturizer and rub into the gentle areas (feet, knees, elbows, hands, and face). This is key!!! This helps insure an even blend on these areas! Wake up and rinse off! Sometimes I will repeat the next night until I get the color I want! Any bad reviews for the product are most likely not applying with mitts. They are essential for an even tan!

Very happy with how natural the tan looked.
Would have preferred if it was a little darker

ALL TIME FAVOURITE, NO SMELL, NATURAL!!
I LOVE this tanner! I have pale skin with yellowy undertone that tans easily. I love to be year round brown. It used to be baking in the sun and tanning beds, but have switched to the healthier self tan. I have tried a LOT and this by far is hands down my favourite. There's a couple others I still like (Nuda, Bondi Sands) but since finding this one there has been no turning back! There is no self tanner smell. It glides on easily. There is a slight purplish colour to it when you first apply almost even purply grey but it means not orange at all!! It's still a nice colour when first applied. In fact, the only self tanner I can confidently put on and go about my day as it develops before even rinsing off the guide colour. (Of course don't do this before getting wet or sweating as it is still the guide colour on top and will streak if it gets wet before the first rise) You won't be as dark after that first shower, that's normal, but you are left with a beautiful natural tan. It lasts about 5-7 days and fades nicely. It doesn't take too much effort to remove the last bit of old tan before before applying a new one. (In my opinion the biggest hassle in the self tan process) It's not super dark, but does more than just take the glow off pale canadian winter skin! The bottle lasts a long time too. I use it every week and I've had my current bottle for 2 months. Has one maybe two tans left in it. There's also very little transfer! Nothing on the sheets when I apply overnight. Very little on clothes if I have it on all day before rinsing. Highly recommend.

Not dark enough for me
I like to think of myself as a pro tanner! I’ve purchased every tan out there! For some reason the darkest ST Tropez and Bondi Sands doesn’t seem to stay on my skin anymore. So I was looking for a quality tan that will give me that deep bronzed just come back from holiday look! So reading the reviews about this Tan I saw lots of positives! I applied it yesterday late morning and washed off this morning 24 hours I kept it on! I’m tanned but not as well as what others have done. If your looking for something really natural then go for it! It’s just far to light for me. On application it glides on easy and leaves a colour on the skin so you can see where you applied it, doesn’t smell and not sticky!

Great color, easy to apply.
Awesome product! Does not leave me orange like the more popular brands you can buy here on Amazon. Really nice color, goes on easily. Not too much of a smell. Only downfall is having to keep it on for 8-10 hours. But it’s not sticky so you can go about your day.
