Where is the +/- button?

not exactly sure what is being asked for? The + and - buttons are on the lower right hand corner of the keyboard. the M+ and M- keys are the second and third buttons from the left on the second row of buttons down from the top of the keyboard. not sure if that helps.

Are the keys rubber or the same as a laptop?
