NOW Supplements, Vitamin E-1,000 IU Mixed Tocopherols, Antioxidant Protection*, 100 Softgels

Its a little hard to swallow, being a big pill, but that is because there is a lot of vitamin E inside it. To be specific, mixed tocopherols, which are needful for the body to use the alpha form. I take one of these almost every day, along with other supplements. I cannot imagine why Amazon rejected my previous review as violating 'community standards.'

I have a tough time with nat vit E with mixed tocos. I had a go to brand but then every batch was rancid on opening. I have tried a handful of others, this bottle was good for a month or so then they were no doubt rancid. They're stored in a cool place, in the bottle, away from light. Not sure how they can get rancid. Regardless, my currently favorite, also a NOW! product, called advanced E with mixed tocos or something, stored the same manner and is not at all rancid despite being older than this bottle. I am not sure if people do not understand rancidity. Or have better luck with fat soluble supplements. Or I am just doing something wrong... Regardless I feel bad to return something I used 1/3th of and lasted pasted the return window. So maybe you will be luckier than I. I won't risk it again on this product.
