I have to admit, I was skeptical. I always wondered why a LION battery wouldn't work in a NiCad tool, these show I was right. They seem to have more power and they keep their charge longer. Shame on the companies who told me they were not compatible.

Charged easily

The battery works fantastic so far. Very strong down to 1 bar. I recommend. Update: 11/19/2023: Battery dead after 45 minutes. Strange melted plastic smell. Plastic is melted around the negative terminal only. Checked other batteries I bought near the same time. The same problem but plastic is not as badly melted. I've written seller explaining what is wrong. Looks like a Mfg defect. The battery is strong otherwise and has no evident internal damage.

Original DeWalt 18v XRP li-ion batteries discontinued. Agonizing about getting rid of several tools for battery compatibility issues. Encouraging to find Powilling replacements; however on receiving, my Dewalt dc9310 charger (circa 2008) would not charge them. Powilling customer service started an email conversation, advising me to try a Powilling-manufactured dc9310 charger (similar appearance but not placarded for li-ion batts, only NiCad-NiMH) as their engineers were able to charge well despite the label. New charger success; the lesson here is that an older dc9310 charger works differently from a new dc9310 charger such that the new one may not charge older dewalt OEM batteries; therefore Powilling decided not to placard the product as li-ion compatible. In my case, the new charger worked fine with all my old 18v batteries. Powilling may have legitimate reasons to present their products as they do; my assumptions (can't use Ni-Cad,NiMH items with li-ion items) have been built over decades so naturally I may need updating. I wondered why these batteries were just plain black with minimal artwork/lettering/fancy branding. Regardless of my learning curve, excellent, affordable products and 5+++ star customer service meant total satisfaction for me.

Edit 10/2024 - Anything can break, but how the company (Powilling) stands behind their product is the real test. Customer service of Powilling (the seller of the replacement batteries and charger (Lithium Ion) for my Dewalt 18 Volt power tools) reached out to me and wanted to resolve my issue. They offered to give me a full refund, or replace the defective battery, my choice. I love the LION battery that is working, it powers the tools better than the original Dewalt batteries, and holds the charge much longer. So, I opted for a replacement of the defective battery.I received the replacement battery in 2 days, and charged it up. It works flawlessly in my Dewalt power tools! I am very satisfied with the resolution, and appreciate Powilling's fast customer service. Powilling turned a bad review into a 5 star review with prompt and flexible customer service! I will recommend Powilling, and give them my future business!

Product as described. Works well

The same day delivery was great. However, the batteries were not Lithium-Ion as described, nor did they look like the product in the advertisement. They felt heavy like the original Dewalt, and underpowered (there was some charge in one battery) no light charge indicator, no name or brand on the batteries. Had weird, generic, cheap feel about it. Returned the item and will have to look for actual Lithium-Ion batteries elsewhere. Amazon refunded $$, thanks
