No, you unscrew lid & drink. Otherwise you have to provide a drinking tube or straw.

how many calories in one drink?

I looked up on Amazon (product description) and each small bottle holds 125 ml and each ml is 2.4 k/cal, so I believe that means there are 300 calories in each little drink. I know that my elderly neighbour loved them and as she would not/could not eat very much they were ideal for keeping her going and giving her the valuable nutrition she needed. I hope this helps.

Does this contain potassium?

Im not on Fortisip now changed to Fresubin thickened stage 1 but even that has Potassium. Sorry couldn't be more helpful.

Is fortisip gluten free

I have looked up on the Nutricia (who produce Fortisip) web site and they state that Fortisip is both gluten and lactose free. They give a comprehensive list of the ingredients in their product and it might be worth your while going into their web site and checking all of the write-up before you order. Hope this helps.
