My wife and I take this almost daily. We crushed 2 piece for me and 2 wife for my wife once a day. We put our crushed apricot seeds mixed into our dark chocolate pudding everyday, u can't even taste the bitter taste of these apricots seeds at all. This is so worth the price. The freshness is awesome. The quality is excellent. This is so very healthy indeed. The size is just right. This is so easy to take.

I feel good about eating a few a day!
I've decided to eat a few apricot seeds daily for prevention. This is a decent size bag of seeds at a good price. It's too soon to tell if they're having an effect other than me having a little peace of mind. I can see how some might be turned off by the taste, but I actually don't mind it. I wouldn't say they taste good, but they're tolerable. I'm willing to eat something that tastes "OK" in exchange for possible positive benefits. Definitely consider buying these if you're looking to be more proactive about your health!

Warning - Disappointed
I was looking forward to taking this supplement because its nutritional values are recommended for people who have certain issues, like I do. However, after I received this product and before I opened the package, I read the back nutritional information and looked for any warnings. Only then did I notice the P65 WARNING which reveals this product contains cancerous chemicals. I was extremely disappointed and called Amazon, who was more than willing to refund my purchase for this product. Because of the warning (which should be shown or documented on the advertising page), I would not recommend taking this specific product. I threw the bag away with regret because I was looking forward to taking this, and I was very saddened that it was such a waste money for all parties involved! I hope this company corrects this mistake and tries to get this product from a different, safer, and reliable source.
