Not sure what you need me to say, The product is fine - not much I can say about eye drops, they were as advertised and the order was delivered promptly.

Worked well and long lasting

This product was recommended by Ophthalmic Surgeon after cataract surgery to ensure the eyes didn't suffer from dryness.The solution really lubricates the surface of the eye as it contains glycerine and castor oil as well as the usual sodium carboxymethylcellulose used in many other dry eye products.I am not sure if it would be advisable to use for contact lens wearers, especially soft lenses, because of the glycerine and castor oil content, although there is nothing in the literature to say that it shouldn't be used.The product also contains a preservative (Purite 0.01%) so can be used for up to six months after opening.As only one or two drops are needed when required, the bottle should last a reasonable length of time.Review Update: Anyone who has really sensitive eyes (as I seem to have after surgery) should be aware that this product does contain a preservative which in my case caused redness of the eyelids after using it for a couple of months. I have now changed to a preservative free (carboxymethylcellulose sodium) product. However, most people will find this product does a good job.

Very effective drops that suit my eyes very well. A good price from this seller as these tend to be quite expensive to buy over the counter at opticians/chemist. Quick delivery. All round good purchase and I have bought again

I bought these as they were easier to get hold of online than standard Optive, but I've got to admit they don't seem as effective for me as the original.I saw a dry eye specialist privately and he recommended these along with Visco tears, and I've got to admit I get on better with the standard Optive than anything else I've tried yet.I'm currently also trying the Hylo Forte eye drops which are for more severe cases of dry eye so you may also want to check them out.It's a shame that the Optive stuff can be so hard to get hold of as it's very effective. Everyone will have their own favourite as in what they get on best with so maybe try a couple.These are suitable for contact lens wearers too.

Soothing at first. Started to irritate my eyes after frequent use

Having a long term eye condition, I have been prescribed many gels and eyedrops, but this one is the best. I use it when I wake up every morning to treat my dry eyes.

Arrived promptly, therefore ordered a second one which also arrived within two days, I had been prescribed these drops by my ophthalmologist.Unfortunately these do not seem to be the same contents although box is identical as I opened one bottle but theses drops made my eyes really sting and burn. Therefore I have an unopened, sealed bottle and one with 4 drops out which are no good for me..
