I’ve been using the Pixie wearable heating pad for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with it. The heating pad itself works wonderfully. It gets hot and stays hot, which is exactly what I need for my menstrual cramps. The massage feature is also a nice bonus and definitely adds to the relief, though I will say it’s quite loud. Not ideal if you’re trying to use it discreetly in public, but it’s manageable at home. I did run into an issue with the battery pack not charging after a few uses, which was frustrating at first. However, I have to give major credit to Pixie’s customer service, they were absolutely phenomenal. Quick to respond, very understanding, and they sent me a replacement battery right away without any hassle. All in all, a great product with solid support behind it. Just be aware of the noisy massage function, but if you’re mainly using it for heat, it’s fantastic.

I love this product so much I bought a second one. One for home and one for the office, but then gave one away to a friend in need and she has become an avid user as well. The targeted heat that this provides is really great and has alleviated pain from menstrual cramps, lower back pain, and even neck/shoulder stiffness. I love that I can wrap it around many different areas and clip it in place to remain mobile. It’s also very thin and I’ve worn it several times under clothes while at work or running errands. The massage feature is nice for times laying around the house and does help break up cramping, but its function is way too loud to use in public discreetly. I also really loved the herbal inserts, it took a year for me to finally give them a try because I have very sensitive skin and was worried about breaking out. To my relief though I didn’t experience any rashes from the herbs, and when used along with the heat actually found them to help alleviate cramps even more. I wish they were sold separately so I could restock! Lastly, the only thing I wish were different would be the length of time before the auto switch from high to medium heat. I know the feature is important for safety, but I find myself sometimes thinking the battery died and it shut off when actually the heat setting just went down a notch. It’s a minor inconvenience and doesn’t affect the benefits of the product for me so I still stand by it and highly recommend.

I ordered this for multi use and i love it! i originally bought it because i have periodic hip pain and needed something i could wear at work since i move around a lot. I’m only giving 4 stars because i wish the battery pack lasted longer but other than that it is a great product

UPDATE: I'm editing my review (in which i initially complained about the volume of the massage features reducing the discreet nature of a wearable heating pad) because it turns out I received a defective product!! Pixie customer support reached out to me and replaced it, and I am genuinely so so happy with the non-defective one. 🤩❤️‍🔥 Original Review: I was super excited to order this heating pad, hoping to find something i could wear out of the house when my pms gives me intense lower back pain and my period comes with unbearable cramps. The good: This heating pad is slim and wearable! I could easily wear it under a jacket, loose fitting t-shirt, hoodie, or button up, and it would be completely concealed. There's also a fully detatchable extra strap, drastically increasing the range of body sizes that it can accommodate! The heat is fast, strong, and consistent. It feels amazing. Personal nitpicks: I wish the cord attaching the battery pack to the heating pad itself was longer so it could comfortably fit into the pocket of a hoodie or a pair of sweatpants The bad: This heating pad is so. loud. (NO IT'S NOT, MINE WAS BROKEN) It was loud enough to startle me when i turned it on, despite knowing the sound was coming. It was loud enough that I had to adjust the volume of the show i was watching, and it ended up being loud enough that i had to turn it off after less than five minutes because the sound was so distracting. I don't even remember what the massage feature felt like because i was so busy fighting off the noise, and its so loud that i can't turn it on again now to refresh my memory because my partner is asleep and it would wake them up from across the room. (THE NEW ONE DOESN'T DO THIS) (Edited) Conclusion: great heat, great massage, great customer support!! genuinely this has become a staple of my menstrual cycle and has made everything 10x more bearable. If you get one with noise levels approaching airplane takeoff, PLEASE REACH OUT TO SUPPORT BECAUSE THE ONE YOU HAVE IS FAULTY AND THEY ARE SO SWEET AND HELPFUL

Omg the way I love this. I bought this green one for myself and another one for my daughter. It heats up very fast. It’s adjustable, easy to use and great for pain relief. It’s absolutely reliable.

The massage strength is not strong at all, even the highest setting just vibrates at a medium level and doesn’t actually massage so def do not get if you have bad cramps that you need pressure on, even tightening the belt does not apply very much pressure. But it is very cute and comfortable to wear, and is def handy if you just want the portable warming aspect! I will def use on my back when studying for long times but will not be helpful at all for my cramps.

Let me begin with I started having cramps and spotting after not having a period for nearly 20 years due to endometriosis (med controlled). The pain and nausea was unbearable but I didn’t want to go to the ER because they’re terrible here (rural medicine at its finest). So I bought this and two kinds of pain patches. This came first and oh my gosh, it charged much faster than indicated and the directions were good, but not great, it missed a few steps and I’ve got a brain injury so I struggled a little but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I turned it on and was stunned how wonderful this heating belt is! It’s now changed my life. I’ve used it multiple days in a row until I stopped needing it. I love that there’s an expandable belt, it’s so thoughtful and necessary. I barely needed it, but I did need it. No additional discomfort with pinching or pressure, just heat where I needed it. I really like the fabric as well. My sole complaint is that the company does not sell the herb pouches that come with it. I’ve searched and I’ve not found anything. It really bothers me because the pouches help so much. Overall, it’s a fantastic tool for women having any sort of abdominal pain and I’d recommend this to others.

The only thing I don’t like: the battery takes evidently longer than four hours. Honestly, mine seems to take 6-8 hours to fully charge. I do plan to get multiple of these so I could potentially just swap the batteries out while charging but the battery is only supposed to take four hours to charge (which is already very long for something that lasts three hours when used). Everything else: LOVEEEEE !!! The heat is actually hot- I usually do hottest on every heat pad I have but on this I have to do medium. I did give myself a patchy red burn on my stomach from doing it on the red setting - but I’d almost rather it have a range that goes too hot vs one that isn’t hot at all. Use red at your own risk😬 The vibration patterns are great! I use multiple of the settings depending on my need. It’s been very useful for my chronic discomfort / pain🌟 It’s thin enough to toss in my purse and take with anywhere- can easily wear while running errands. Love!! I do wish they would figure out a better battery to make it 100% worth it. But I would still recommend! Just be careful on the red setting and maybe find a suitable battery replacement to swap while it charges (I know they don’t suggest alternate batteries though).

As a long time endometriosis sufferer, this product is brilliant. Keeping a hot water bottle on your pelvic area isn't easy and other heating pads are too hard and bulky to sit under the belly. It's genius how flat and soft it is making it extremely wearable and the extension belt is a godsend. It's also extremely discreet and I was able to wear it at work without anyone knowing. The only downside side is the battery takes forever to charge up so I'm thinking of buying a second battery pack.

Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot! This heat pad is so good, I've tried various back heat pads for relief on a prolapsed disc, & they barley get hot enough to feel anything. So I thought I'd try a different route & try a period pain relief pad. I'm so glad I did, using it on the back instead of the front is a little trickier, but if you set it up before putting it on, it's not an issue. It's lightweight and has a lovely feel to it and the controls are very easy, and on the highest setting it does get quite hot, hot enough to feel through a thin item of clothing also. The expanding belt size is generous, but there is also an extending section too for those a bit "portly" like myself lol and it's not bulky. It's really comfortable to wear, you can literally forget you have it on. So happy with this belt!

Order it about a year ago. Very happy, very pleased. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long ( an estimate of around 3 hours of semi continuous use). Unfortunately after a year the battery pack starting playing up. I contacted costumer service. They reached out immediately and were very helpful and within 2 days they had sent a complete replacement of the heating pad, no questions asked. My only issue would be the battery back. Tried searching to buy an extra separately but they dont sell them separately.

This heat belt is amazing. I use it lots at work. I contacted the company to see if I could get a spare battery so it could last a day at work. Sadly there was no batteries that could ship to the UK. They have been so kind and sent me another heat belt This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm so happy with the product and their great customer service

Really useful product, my girlfriend absolutely loves it and helps with her cramps. Had an issue with the battery at first but the customer service was so quick to resolve. Highly recommend.
