Makita RBC2510 24.5cc Linetrimmer

Arrived within three days.I would advise taking your time reading the instructions carefully and taking time assembling it.This paid off, as it started first pull and cleared all the grass on the allotment as well as the weeds and brambles.Easy to use, not too loud and quite well balanced. It is well built and certainly does the job.

Good price and great peace of kit

The strimmer works well when set up - is a tad noisy compared with Stilh but OK. It is terribly fiddly switching the hedgetrimmer assembly to the strimmer (two bolts and two screws have to be undone and the shaft head re greased) and vice versa but you get used to it. The main bugbear which is why I am giving it only 2 stars is that finding essential spares parts is like looking for rocking horse manure. The strimmer head will last perhaps a year or two and then if you want a spare one, good luck finding one. Outrageous. Two stars.

good reliable machine, powerful and easy to start, had mine 2 years now and no problems,you can also get hedge trimmer and pruner attachments.the attachments can be a little awkward to attach, makita should make alignment marks on the pole.buy one, it won't let you down.
