It was a bit challenging for me to pick this machine as Amazon has many fake/paid/manipulated reviews but eventually had to pick a product with hundreds of review than those with no reviews.Delivery experience:-This machine was delivered the next day, open box inspection is great deal where you can ask the delivery guy to open the box and see for any signs of damage and defects. The machine came well packed and in mint condition. Had a demo guy visit after 3-4 hours from the delivery and confirmed the warranty with registration. Customer service on call was prompt and proactive.Warranty info:-The machine runs smooth with feather-like switches, comes with 4 years of warranty on body and spin motor, 10 years on wash motor. Great deal!!Durability:-The only issue that may come is the back panel of the machine which is a very flexible fibre-plastic which questions its durability.
