Great tool for blending paints.

I have been exploring the addition of cold wax medium (CWM) to my oil paint. This tool offers a medium firm silicone blade to work the paint. It can be used to apply and also to scrape workable oil paint, CWM, to blend oil based R&F pigment sticks, for creating texture and mark making. Clean up is simple with baby wipes, vegetable oil, or, odorless minerals spirits...I prefer Gamblin brand.

These color shapers can smooth paint, make many types of textures, make thin or wide lines - so many options. And they are super easy to clean. I have all the sizes.

This silicone brushes are wonderful, the material is great and the angles of the borders and finishing are perfect to paint, grasp oil or acrilics. I use it too much in abstract paintings. Unfortunately we don't have this quality of brushes in Argentina and usually when some of my friends travels, order it by amazon an ask them to bring it to me. Awesome brush!

Perfect size for silicone glue.

This is great for applying paints on silkscreens on polymer clay and is the perfect width for detail but also broad enough strokes.

I use this for applying glue evenly to a hair system... probably not what most of you purchasing this will be using it for. I do find the product perfect for my use. It's easy to clean and will last a long time for me. Shipping was super fast and if I can clean things up with basically super glue, your paints will come off even easier and the brush holds its integrity quite well.

Barvotti color shapers are as good or better than the pricey British versions. I have had the pricey Brit versions fall apart because they were insufficiently glued. Never had a Barvotti fall apart on me, though rivets may rust. I must say that unlike the British versions which are available in two stiffnesses and in curved or flat blades, Barvotti models are only available in flexible, flat blade models.
