Works well, nice design. Two issues:1. It’s fractionally smaller than my previous one. This means there is a rim around the outside where you can clearly see the wall behind it.2. The manual touch isn’t very sensitive

Really deep back box required, touch sensitively of switch takes some getting used to and sometimes awkward, but I don't really use it like that, I wanted it as a wifi enabled switch for something else, if it were for a light I think it would be very annoying. As far as a WiFi enabled swith it's great and responds quickly

I really like this item, lovely glass finish.

I asked the question 'how deep is the projection at the back of the switch' and got no straightforward answer. So I had to order one! The projection at the back is 30.9mm and the instructions advise a 40mm plus mounting box. It was purchased to replace a faulty Innens switch, which has a 25mm projection, and fitted my 35mm box. So this was a waste of time for me and Amazon. Sorry Amazon, I have to return it. This looks like a very nice and well made switch, I just was not able to test it, hence the 3 stars

Great product and easy to fit but make sure you have the deep backbox and a neutral.Easy to set up on the SmartLife App, and as I am using it for outside lights, the Delay Close (switch off after Xmin XSec) function is just what I wanted.Would buy again.Only Complaint. The mounting screws to secure to the backbox are the wrong thread for UK boxes (too course), so I used the ones from the old switch with no problem.

The switch looks OK and works fine as a manual switch, but typically goes offline every hour or so, making it totally useless as a smart switch. This switch replaced one of a different make that failed after several years' use. The previous one, and a switch in the next room further from the router, never went off line, so I know it is a function of the switch, not the wifi.Update - the switch had a firmware update applied a few weeks ago, which appears to have completely cleared the wifi connection problems.

Easy to instal (but need a 40mm back box), links well to Alexa via SmartLife but not suitable for all switches. You must be able to access live & neutral and a supply wire to each lamp/light i.e. 4 insulated wires. Looks good and well made.

Nice product, instructions could be bigger, struggled to see which switch to select on App.Lights just flash constantly and cannot turn off, even at the wall. Suspect this is because my phone runs on 4G and the switch isn't comatible with anything other than 2.4G if that is true there is little point in anyone in the UK buying this product as it won't work properly
