A good book for a beginner
I was a bit sceptical to start with but a chain of events led me to wanting to know more about dreams. I am all for finding out for myself so after reading some reviews, purchased this book. Glad I bought it. The authors offer a very clear explanation of the way dreams work, and I have already been able to interpret some dreams I've had. If nothing else, they do seem to reveal what's in our heart, and that is very useful in itself. I feel that I will continue using this book. If you are interested in understanding your dreams, this is a good place to start.

Ministry essential - highly recommend
As one who is in prophetic ministry, I have found this dictionary really useful. It has been put to the test by me for over a year and is through and through just a brilliant resource. It is not a solution to every dream or vision - the Holy Spirit is always the source and there will be times where only God can give you the correct interpretation. However, overall I have found this to be a great starting point and so useful with biblical references for the symbols aswell.I would say after my bible, this book would be the next best reference point out of all my materials for interpretation. I would HIGHLY recommend!

not pocket sized!
Having a number of books already on dream interpretation I was in two minds as to whether I really needed another. However, felt I should go for it, and so happy I did. scholarly and in depth, there is plenty to dip into for novice and more practiced alike. Plenty of very good case studies gives the reader more than a glimpse of how to apply interpretation. I particularly liked the weighted explanations for symbols and elements of dreams - ranging from the most likely to the less obvious. A lot of biblical support makes this book a must for all drawn to insights from the mystery arena of where we spend around a third of our lives!

This book has been a very valuable addition to my ...
This book has been a very valuable addition to my many books on dreams and visions. Been using it now for about 2 weeks and has given insight into a number of dreams and visions. Does not replace the Holy Spirit guiding you through your dreams, however the teaching and dream symbol interpretation is extensive and a tool for confirmation.

Comprehensive, Practical, Well-Balanced, Value-Content Rich... A Necessary Reference
The adjectives in my title are some of the best descripts I can give this book. If you are interested at all in pursuing understanding dreams and their interpretations or interpreting them (for yourself or others), this book is a must!I myself became heavily interested in this topic, when at a point of suicide, I had a very very vivid and intense dream that led me down a path of inquiry and questioning... which ultimately resulted in a series of events that prevented my suicide and taking my own life. This was the origin of my journey (6 years ago) into pursuing understanding dreams and what they were all about or how to understand them.Since then I have thrown myself at this topic quite extensively. Right now I have a library of at least half-dozen books or more on this topic on my bookshelf. I've diligently journaled my own dreams without fail for the last 5+ years. I've taken various courses/seminars/classes and so forth... etc. etc. and even helped others by interpreting their own dreams on occasion (when I've been graced with the wisdom and insight to understand them).Bottom line, this is the best one-stop-shop resource I have discovered in my journey so far, and in my opinion an absolutely critical, necessary resource if you are going to tackle this topic with even the slightest pretense of taking dreams seriously and understanding them. It's by far the one book I've used most. And, perhaps the greatest thing about it is not just that is has the most extensive metaphor concordance I've seen (BY FAR) that I'm always referring to, but also, the whole first section of the book lays down key concepts and principles in practical, well written, concise manner. So that even if this book was the first one you got in your venture of exploring this topic, it would still be the perfect book to get to start your journey!I can't say enough good about it, it's really been a goldmine of a find, amongst many other mediocre, average, and somewhat-above-average books on the topic. There's no wasted words in this book: it's clearly written, well-organized, concise, practical, and loaded with useful content. On a final note, I'll say that if you're familiar with such figures as: Bill Johnson, Rick Joyner, Lance Wallnau, Darren Wilson, John Paul Jackson, Doug Addison, Josh Mills, Patricia King, Jason Westerfield, John Crowder, Ryan Pena etc.... and these types of figures (I'm familiar with all of them), you'll probably agree with most of the core-values and biblical understandings that these authors are operating from and on. (As matter of fact, John Paul Jackson has some of the best guidance/teaching in this topic-matter to-date I think, but he has no written materials available unfortunately, it's all audio, and more immersive classes/courses, which I've taken as well).Hope this helps for anyone trying to make a decision.($20 for this great resource is a steal in my opinion!)Prosperity to you in your journey of unraveling the mystery of dreams! Blessings.
