olimo bunk beds on from the Amazon, since it was a sales time I parallely ordered mattress from cozy coir based on the incomplete information available for solimo bunk bed. I sincerely appreciate the way of handling the situation from the cozy coir by Seeing the misfit and going a mile ahead in delivering services. The way the person spoke touched my heart.We found the quality of mattress also good.

Good as it is being promoted, light weight, sturdy and easy on your back !

The description for this product is misleading, it is not ‘medium soft’ but hard as a rock on both sides.They have hired an exceptionally smooth talker for customer service who will convince you that it is soft, and somehow you feel obligated to keep it.I also felt bad because it was a custom size and he kept saying it would be a loss for them.When I was waking up with aches and pains and complained I was sent a ‘topper ‘which was 1/2 an inch and made no difference at all.Finally when I requested a return they asked me to send pictures of the packed product which no seller has ever done.They also asked me to pay Rs 1200/- for the so called topper.Even after I did the needful the product is still sitting here 2 days later.Sorry to say this was a bad experience from start to finish not to mention the many uncomfortable sleepless nights.
