Worked on my safe
I recently bought a small safe to keep our electronics in so that my son doesnโt use them when heโs not supposed to. I did not receive the battery pack with the safe and lost the keys. After three different purchases and two returns, this one worked on my safe to allow me to open the safe. The batteries actually fell out of the safe so w/o the keys, this battery pack worked. Great value.

Made My Safe Usable and More Secure
This made my safe usable. The original external battery pack came with a broken jack. Thanks to this one, I can finish setting up my safe to work with a combination or my fingerprint instead of just the key. Inexpensive fix for a $300 safe.

It Works
Good product and ships fast. If you are particular like myself you wouldn't like the housing on this model. cheap plastic box but getter done. put batteries in and plugged in, it powered up the lock on my safe and i got in. Thank you Lord. Amen

Battery pack that doesn't fit batteries
The quality of the male adapter and wiring seems to be of decent quality however the plastic battery housing is engineered too narrowly to fit 4 x AA batteries. Used Amazon Basics rechargeable NiMH AA's.

2.5mm aux, mine gun shelf is 3.5
The aux connector was too small for my gun shelf. So I clipped the wires and attached them to a 3.5mm connector and it worked.

Dead Battery & Locked Out of My Safe
I was locked out of my safe because the battery on the touch pad died without warning and I couldn't find my key. My safe gets opened roughly 4 - 15 times a week and I thought I would just have to break it open and buy a new one but thankfully I saw this on Amazon for a good price and how quickly it shipped. I got it very fast and didn't have to buy another safe. It is very functional in that it is easy to use and it's compact enough to keep next to your safe or even tape it onto the back/side. I would highly recommend this to anyone that owns a key pad open safe that works with this or to someone in the same predicament with a dead battery.
