Good clean and fresh breath but requires more fir the whitening to show
We (2 of us) have used up a tube now and we like the taste, it cleans well and leaves the breath fresh. We have not seen a change in tooth colour though but it is stated that it should be used with their other products and for a period of time so it's difficult to judge whether the high price is fully worth it.But a nice and good product

Expensive but really good and no endocrine disrupters.
My mother-in-law has used whitening toothpaste by Whitewash before and I've tried it and their toothbrushes and I was impressed with both cleaning and stain removal though not sure if I would've paid the premium but this Nano range is their new offering with extra stain removal power, support against acidic foods and apparently remineralising and of course freshening breath whilst being SLS free and importantly triclosan free.SLS is a common inflammatory and irritant agent which can cause perioral dermatitis in prone individuals and exacerbate eczema patches on the rest of the face due to aerosolisation during brushing (specks) and triclosan whilst an effective antibacterial and proven to help with bad breath it is an endocrine disruptor which can be harmful for those with or a genetic weakness towards endocrine issues or immune disorders. The toothpaste is an excellent one, it reminds me of the Colgate one from a few years ago that was designed to be used every now and then as a deep clean, my teeth feel fresh from the hygienist after using this toothpaste even with the same toothbrush set up. This is probably due to the microparticles designed to scrub away surface stains and plaque. My teeth have been whitened by strips but this has helped to maintain the White And I believe health of my teeth which don't seem as sensitive when brushing. The taste is slightly chalky/milky but I can deal with that for the efficacy of the product.I wish I could afford this full time for myself as its such a good toothpaste. My hubby baulked at the price which means this would probably be an occasional treat on offer that I would hide from my hubby who lavishes toothpaste on his brush but if you can afford this it's really good and great for those concerned about their endocrine health- I would pay this for a non whitening version for my daughters though due to the endocrine support!

Premium price, pedestrian performance
I've been using this for a few weeks. I haven't noticed much of a difference from the significantly cheaper whitening toothpastes I've used in the past, which - when you are paying this much - is an issue, I'm afraid. The taste is subtle, which I like, and it does a reasonable cleaning job, but as far as whitening goes it seems only to address surface stains, which for most people is not going to be the reason their teeth aren't as white as they want.

I have been using this for about 6 weeks now ...
I have been using this for about 6 weeks now and haven't noticed any difference in the colouring of my teeth one way or the other. It tastes okay and leaves my breath fresh but I can get those things in a much cheaper toothpaste

Didn’t really notice any whitening effects
75mls at just under £15 is an expensive buy and although it’s fresh tasting and leaves the mouth fresh it doesn’t live up to the claims.

Very Good
As a smoker my teeth just aren't as white as I'd like, this toothpaste has really helped with taking some of the staining you get as a smoker.Quite expensive, but it has worked better than some of the cheaper brands I've tried.4 Stars

Kinder to tooth enamel than other brands but as white as other toothpastes
The most important thing to realise about any toothpaste claiming to be "whitening" is that it is not some miraculous cure for bad teeth. In actual fact, any whitening product you find on the high street in the UK is a stain remover at best. In terms of getting white teeth, these "miraculous" toothpastes will only get you so far. If you're looking for a Hollywood blinding smile you would certainly need to seek out a professional whitening service. Ask any well informed dentist in the UK and they will confirm this for you.In the UK many of the whitening ingredients you find in the US are actually illegal so you'd struggle to find anything in comparison to some of the high street products you can find there. However, this formula has at least been allegedly developed by dentists. It is manufactured in the UK and seems particularly ethical in that it supports a dentistry charity initiative.I have fairly good teeth anyway, people often ask me what I use on them. I personally tend to stick with the Colgate Max White toothpaste, complimented by the mouthwash in the same range. It also helps I have an advanced electric toothpaste with a polishing feature. The worst thing you can do for your teeth is scrub them like you are trying to get rid of a tough stain on your cooker. Harsh brushing actually erodes the tooth enamel so you should brush gently in small circles for at least two minutes. That is 70% of the work to be honest, rather than the product itself. In terms of taste, this toothpaste reminded me of Trebor Soft Mints. It is a mild spear mint like taste and is not unpleasant. I compared ingredients with Colgate Max White and there are two noticeable ingredients in the Nano paste not present in Colgate. This is hydroxyapatite and xylitol. Hydroxyapatite is designed to remineralise tooth enamel while xylitol has been proven to reduce cavities and tooth decay while starving bad bacteria in your mouth. There does not appear to be any exclusive whitening ingredients that are not in other brands of whitening toothpastes. While very expensive I did notice a slightly whiter effect than Colgate and more important this product has been designed by dentists to encompass advanced enamel care. Fundamentally this is the most important part of your teeth, regardless to how white they look.

Nah
Used this for 2 weeks as per instructions and no difference whatsoever in whiteness. The paste is a bit runny too, so slops out of the tube and doesn’t sit on the brush without running down the sides. Poor breath freshening too because unlike other toothpastes this doesn’t maintain any oral freshness overnight. Not recommended.
