Bought a month ago,, It's just perfect, hassle-free machine. Tried few different machines for my cat the past 3 years, and this one i can say is the best and most practical among them. Highly recommended.

We tried this litter box for 7 weeks after having always used regular ones and I can tell you with certainty it’s more work than it’s worth. All it does is clean the litter for you in a way that makes changing the litter massively messier. I’ve had to change the litter almost once a week, which if you clean a regular litter box every day is how often you'd change that litter. I will scoop every day to avoid another one of these messes. I took photos just to give you an idea, but every time I've replaced the litter its been a variation on this horrible mess. I’ve tried 3 different kinds of litters and each one is messy in their own way. Their poop and pee gets into all the nooks and crannies that I spend 30 minutes cleaning the machine itself rather than the inside of their litter box. The thing itself has mislabeled measurements (its bigger than what it says here) and doesn’t fit nicely in anywhere in our spaces and so there’s no way to conceal the smell either. Our entire apartment smells, when with our previous normal litter boxes it never did. Seriously save your money, not worth it!!! I honestly want a refund.

This is the best option for automatic cat litter, less effort, and big help when u r having cats. Easy to use especially when u are not at home for how many days. The seller will contact u back if they find something is missing on your item

It works great, I have a lot of free time now, I don't have to clean it manually all the time. However, based on my experience, I don't recommend buying this type if you have several cats. When cleaning the tray, all the excrement that was previously removed falls back, spins again and then falls into the waste, i.e. you have a constant cycle of poop. It's better to buy with the excrement box at the bottom.

I bought it for my new kitty and it’s sooo nice , u can sit it auto ot manually and send u notification to the phone whenever your cat goes to the toilet . It helped me a lot and u dont have to clean every time ur cat goes

It takes more work and effort than the basic litter box, I have to push to waste physically when the box rotates because it doesn't slide smoothly and washing the box literally took me hours! Its hectic

I have never enjoyed cleaning her litter box, but after getting this Smart Cat Litter Box things got way better! The Tuya Smart app was simple to set up in just a few minutes. The litter box looks nice and doesn't take up a lot of space, it fits well in my living room under my stairs. The best part of this smart litter box is the smart sensor. It knows when my cat is using the box and waits 3 minutes until after she leaves to start cleaning. This lets the litter collect the waste and put it in the hidden plastic bag. This helps my house smell fresh and saves me from scooping litter every day. She is a scary cat when it comes to loud noises, but she was initially curious and eventually very fine with this litter box. The motor is quiet and works great, so I hardly know when it's cleaning. The app has another awesome feature. It lets me see how the litter box is doing and reminds me when to empty the waste bag. This way, I don't forget to take care of the litter box and my cat always has a clean place to go. The only problem perhaps the cost. But I think it's worth it because it makes my life easier and my house cleaner. My cat and I are much happier. I highly recommend the Smart Cat Litter Box with smart app to any cat owner who doesn't like dealing with a dirty litter box.

El funcionamiento es aceptable, la calidad es buena, sin embargo la caja vacía la arena muy frecuentemente. Cada semana o dos debo de rescatar el arena buena que mezcló en la bolsa con los desechos y volver a llenar. No es que exceda el nivel indicado de arena, simplemente la máquina enloquece y deja al gato sin arena.

Pretty terrible. The auto-cleaning feature stopped working after a month. It started smelling horrible after 4 months. The smell soaks into the plastic and is impossible to get rid of. It's kinda small, so my cat seems uncomfortable using it. By design, it's built poorly; when it's spinning, the litter pours into the bag at the top of the cycle, not the bottom. So every time it cleans, gravity makes sure at least a little litter makes it out of the bag. It's also not very efficient; it dumps a lot of clean litter, too, so it fills up fast. When you open the top to take out the bag its always a huge mess, the machine doesn't do a good job at pouring it completely in the bag so you have to tilt and shake the whole machine before removing the bag if you don't want it to fall out. It's definitely not worth the price. We threw it away after 8 months. Switched to wood pellets and all problems were solved.

I love it, I got my kitten about a month and a half ago and was cleaning a normal box for a couple weeks before I got sick of it and bought this. It took him a few weeks to get used to when it cleans itself, he would smack it but that’s just the cat not the machine lol. Sometimes the automatic cleaning doesn’t activate after he goes but I don’t mind because I use the app to clean it anyway at least twice a day. I also think it may be operator error but too satisfied with it to frustrate myself with the app lol I don’t think I’ve smelt anything that has to do with litter since I bought this either, it’s great.

Who likes cleaning the litter box? This works amazingly well and takes away one of the worst parts about owning a cat. I'm really stunned how well it works. This is the newest version, so it has the pee guard to make sure your cats won't miss. I'd buy on Amazon to make sure you get the new version as other sites are still unloading older versions with less features. I think this box was being beta tested on the public for a while, but now it's perfected. If you are getting unused litter in your waste bag, than you are using too much litter in the box. I have found that with Dr. E litter that I need to fill below the "full" line to work properly. With two cats I change the bag every 2-3 days. I use these bags as replacements https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3WTYZ3G and they are perfectly. You can test your litter level with a clean bag. Fill up the litter box to the full line, run a cleaning cycle, whatever winds up in your clean bag is too much. Since it's clean now, just put it back in your litter bag and make a mental note how far to fill the box next time. I add about a quart a day with the two cats.
