Float Valve 3/4" Side Inlet Male Automatic Water Level Control Valve for Tanks, Towers, Pools, Troughs, Aquariums - Blue

Considering the low cost of the item this is working great as a float system for my pool to ensure maintaining proper water level. This completely beats the water levelers, that generally cost approx $100.00 that attach to a garden hose and hang over the side. This assumes you have a pvc line installed from a water source to the pool which I have. It has been in operation for 1 month at the time of this review. Not sure of the durability but time will tell. Even if it only lasts one season, given the cost, it is a deal compared to other options. I will just replace this with another one if it happens to go bad.

I have a couple of 1250 gallon tanks that are filled from a well before being used for my house. Have had issues with tiny rocks clogging my internal float filter. This has been working much better.

I bought this float valve to make a 5 gallon auto-waterer for my chickens. It basically consists of a 5 gallon gallon bucket, poultry drinker cups and this little guy. It does all the hard work behind the scenes keeping the bucket full. It sits on the inside of the bucket protected from both fowl and elements and just works.

I still have it to this day and functions just as it should. Thankfully, it didnt freeze last winter when we had freezing temp. Im happy with the purchase.

I was getting tired checking water level and same time I did not spend $90 for pool sentry. And I did not like pool sentry has to connected water hose across my back yard to pool. This is perfect solution for me! Thank you. It works great and perfect height!!!

Overflowing after 3-4 fills. Waste of money as it failed after the return date.
