Yes, you can reshape your eyebrow by making them wider or narrow at the ends all depends the individuals shape, use the wax side to outline the shape and powder to fill in, tbh I only use the powder side enough for me, looks really natural too

Can i use this color if i have black eyebrows?

I would say no. the pan that looks darkest is the wax, which isn't very pigmented and more for holding the hair in place than adding colour. the powder is a mid brown. I would go for something darker

Are the tweezers any good?

Unfortunately the package arrived damaged and they did not send a replacement. The tweezers were very basic.
