Safe and effective way to get to sleep.
The product provides what it promises . .. typical efficient and fast delivery. Rely on higher doses over time, but no adverse side effects---some people claim colorful or wild dreams but I haven't found that to be the case.

Expensive but nice dose
I unfortunately have to take a large dose of melatonin to sleep but it is so helpful to have a 120mg capsule option so I'm not taking 6 pills.... Thank you! It is expensive though.

It works but expensive
I have struggled with my sleep schedule due to my job in law enforcement for years. I’ve tried prescriptions and over the counter medications but neither have worked for me. So, I decided to try this product and it works well for me. I’ve been using it for three months now. I get the sleep that my body needs without feeling tired or medicated. I’ll continue to use this product with my doctor’s approval. It’s pricey but it works. Thank you for making this product available to the public.
