The tape come in either color. The Tan is flesh tone. Specify which color you want. I usually buy it by the box.

Q: Is the outer surface smooth or textured? Want for the bridge of my nose to protect sensitive skin from eyeglass pads but don't want glasses to slip.

It has a slight texture to it. I have found if it's on your skin and gets wet it becomes a bugger to peel off. That might hurt sensitive skin.

Q: Can this tape be used with scar cream

Don’t know if tape can be used with scar cream, but I’d try it. I use it for many things, like covering up mosquito bites, etc. will not be a wasted purchase either way. :)
