Great item for soothingy pains, wish I had bought one years ago

Old fashioned but just the best ice therapy you can do. The neoprene strap holds it firm against your skin for maximum cooling. The benefit of this ice system is that you can also use cold water from the tap which when I couldn't get hold of ice was enough to help pain and swelling. It's great for travel first aid kits. I was very impressed with this and the delivery was very fast. Thank you.

I overdid my exercising to the extent I couldn't put pressure on one of my knees. Using this gadget helped me to place ice in the most effective position and helped reduce swelling and pain. The injury still robbed me of a month's usual exercise but my own fault for doing too much. This product certainly helped with my recovery and comfort though.

This really works well. I have broken my ankle and am using it on the outside of my cast. It doesn't leak at all and so my cast keeps dry and the cold penetrates the cast. I hope to also use it once the cast is removed. I have moved around the house on crutches wearing it and it stays in place. Would highly recommend.

Good size, but nice and light to take on holiday after knee operation.

Been using 5 times every day now. Awesome...cools my sore knee well. Even with icy water (lots of ice and water) in the bag, it's not too shocking cold...just enough. And it stayes cold for hours. Takes the swelling down good. The strap helps it to stay on so you have your hands free. Some dripping at first but that's condensation. Hope it has good stamina.
