Completely balanced me out. I have a routine to keep my yoni in good condition. 1.) Slippery elm, sibu buckthorn oil, vaginal probiotic taken orally 2.) Vaginal Probiotic suppositories twice a week 3.) lots of water stay away from sugary sweet foods and drinks 4.) Vitamin C suppository once a month after period 5.) Boric acid suppositories every night 6.) Down there shower every time I have had a bowel movement to keep my pH balance together These tablets burn but it’s okay because they completely remove odor and keep you neutral but acidic down there. It tastes how it’s supposed to taste. Highly recommend.

Only thing that helped me. And now it’s discontinued or doesn’t ship to me in Canada :(

When my V gets too alkaline because of menopause and atrophy it starts a yellowish discharge. This realy helps. Use one every month or every 2 months. And it helps acidifying the v ph.

I tested my ph (tail end of bv) it was 5.5 before this product After 20 mins my ph went to 4 , thank god right? No IT BURNS so bad inside It does help lower your ph because of these acid properties but by doing so it creates even more issues, i p33d and the product was in the toilet in 2 (it wasn’t even dissolving yet inside) Def works for acid but only by burning the insides, this is not a healthy way to reverse high ph or bv!

So I’ve suffered from bv for about a year now. I use these after my period and I use the probiotic suppositories by the same company whenever I feel like I need a refresher which is about once a week. I’ve done this for about 4 months and I’m now noticing I haven’t had any signs of bv ready to rear it’s ugly head, definitely buy it. Also if you’re sensitive to just about everything like me, I didn’t have any issues/irritation but of course everyone is different.
