I recently been building my home gym since I ended my gym membership. This was a great addition. If you think it's only good for step up exercise you're wrong! I use it as a bench for dumbbell chest press, lateral shoulder raises with bands and tricep extentions. with a little bit of imagination this equipment can go a long way.

Love this stepper. Just right for all of the obvious moves and using for HIIT Training with Weights. I am close to six-feet tall and over 200 lbs. I can use a lot of added weight with this stepper.

The step is rated for up to 300 lbs yet it cracked under my weight (well under 300lbs) during 1st use. The crack was on the platform itself. Also the risers do not snap in place making it very difficult to move and felt shifty during use. Spend the money and buy a more quality product.

Good step for working out. Stepping up onto the middle of the step using all the risers feels a little bend to the step when holding 25 lb dumbbells in each hand and weighing 160 lb myself. Somewhat expected though. Non slip surface on my step has "air bubbles' in it so it's doesn't look picture perfect but works. If you are concerned about the looks, maybe buy The Step model which runs about $30 more. This works for me.

I love the size. I researched between this one and the original aerobic one. I'm 5'4 and 120lb and still appreciate the space. I have wood flooring and it sticks and doesn't move! Exactly what I wanted.

Nice big step. The edges of the step are at a slant so be careful using it as I fell off the step. I do like how big it is.

I like this step but wish the ends were strighter down. They slant outward and I mostly use the ends to do a side step and it works, but just feels alittle awkward. With only 2 risers that go on each end the middle seems to give alitte also.

It isn't sturdy, and the holders at the bottom are weak. The ones I ordered to add height, from a different site were a lot more sturdy. The ones that come with the aerobic stepper are flimsy and you can feel it simply by squeezing it with your hands.
