Almost perfect at a amazing price
I purchased these headphones in order to replace the gamer style over ear headphones because I do not like covering up both my ears, I like being able to hear my surroundings, and I do not like the imprint over ear headphone bands leave on my head, plus it just gets tiresome to wear them all day, and I've tried some comfortable ones. These headphones stay at my desk and they are only used to connect to my computer. Having said all of this I can say these are the most comfortable headphones for content consumption or gaming sessions. Their comfort however isn't as great as Apple Airpods however this would be due to the in ear design which I am simply not a fan of, so your mileage may very. Their sound quality is even better than most gaming headsets with great bass even without activating bass boost. Voices sound clear, highs and lows are not muddled, but I cannot give my opinion on noise cancellation as its something id rather not have in any pair of headphones. The build quality is okay. Given that these pair of headphones have never left my desk, they are not exposed to rough treatment, despite this, the power button no longer depresses after 9 months of use and the the audio chip must have died because audio quality has been reduced to only mono instead of stereo with constant distortion. Clearly something has broken in these headphones so their longevity for me has only been 10 months. But i wont take a star off for that because they were only 45 dollars. Battery life is as advertised. lasting 2 10-12 hour days of on time before needing recharged. Bluetooth range is poor. It takes only 10-15 feet before audio begins to break up. There is also an audio latency of about 1 second from the time you press play on something to when you actually start hearing audio from the headphones. This only occurs if there is a long interruption between active audio and doesn't happen if say you are switching from one track to another music track. This might be a bluetooth audio limitation however it doesn't happen on other bluetooth audio devices,Improvements: I wish the earpieces were retractable, but as they are doesn't bother me. I'd also like it if I didnt have to hold down the power button to turn them on. A power switch would be better. It would also be fantastic if they had a standby/sleep mode in which if there is a long pause between audio tracks, they go into a sleep state to save on battery. That alone would help the battery last even longer.Overall. I wish they had lasted longer but at this point there isnt anything better at or below 100 dollars of this price point so I will be buying another set.

VERY Impressive!
I had a few different requirements going into this purchase, and these headphones (Anker Soundcore Life U2) hit them all for me. Here they are:Firstly, I wanted great sound. I love music and I want it to sound good! These sound fantastic. I toggle the "BassUp" on or off depending on the song, but I find that I have it on most frequently.Secondly, I didn't want to pay over $50. Some people think they need to dump $300 on a decent set of headphones or maybe they want the status-symbol of Airpods or Beats, well that's not true and that's not me.I also wanted some sort of noise suppression. I wasn't particularly hooked on passive or active - typically active noise cancellation uses a bit more battery. These are passive. I work in a wood shop and use these as ear plugs even when there is no music playing.Bluetooth was a must. These will connect to 2 devices. I have them connected to my work computer and my iphone.I wanted a neck band. I know that's not trendy, but like I said, I work in a furniture shop and wanted to be able to pop my earbuds out and let them dangle. I probably know a half dozen people that have already lost one or both of their bluetooth earbuds and I didn't want to be one of them. Bonus is that there is more room for batteries and electronics. The battery life on these is ridiculously awesome and the antenna range is also great. These will play music ALL DAY LONG. I also snow-blowed my driveway and listened to music from my iphone that was inside the house charging. I was impressed.I wanted the earbuds themselves to be low profile - This was so I can fit them under my motorcycle helmet, and these do.Before these I had several pairs of Treblab N8 headphones, which had great sound and packaging, but build quality wasn't the best. I think I went through 3 pairs - but hey, at $20-$30, they did the job. I also tried a bunch of various "under $50" sets but returned them because the sound quality was so bad.Overall: Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

4.5 stars. Lasted 8 months of intense use. Buying a second set.
For the price these are great headphones. They are also incredibly comfortable with their soft wings and flexible neckband. My last pair lasted 8 months before the play/power button fell out (still works if I use a flat head to poke it...not recommended use).I wear these almost 24 hours a day (I use them for background noise while I sleep) and listen to them for at least 8 hours a day and closer to 16 if you count when I sleep (min volume). I used to buy Sony WI-1000X but after breaking the second one in three years time I decided to go a bit cheaper as I simply don't use these for music and instead they're for audiobooks and calls.* Sound quality is 'decent' to me a self-proclaimed audiophile. Most (like other reviewers) will probably rate the sound quality as great.* Call quality is acceptable. Though noise isolation works but not as good as Sony or Bose.* Noise isolation is passive and very meh but Sony ANC with these types isn't really that much better.* Build quality is great, excellent if you count the price.* Comfort is amazing, especially if you want to use these while sleeping.* Battery life is top class. While I don't quite get 24 hours out of them, I usually can make 18 hours with my use.Overall I'm quite happy. There are two minor complaints though I'd like to address for others. One, the wings while cleverly hooked in with both a physical hook and the odd oval with a flat face base connection work wonders at first. Intense use will cause these to always come loose eventually every time you take them out. Second and most importantly the play button got very mush and unresponsive after about 6 months, and about 2 months after that it literally fell out. To be fair after 8 months with my Sony it fell apart at the seems and I had to glue it back together so I don't think my use is normal by any stretch.
