An absolute lifesaver for stubborn cylinder seals!!!
Putting in steering cylinder seals for a forklift was an absolute bear trying to get them to fit perfectly into their slot. After fighting with two seals once I figured "there has to be a tool for this!" and lo and behold I stumbled upon this tool. Fast forward a week and I had to replace seals on a tilt cylinder - perfect candidate to test this on. Let me tell you, it took more time getting the seals out of the packet and putting them on the tool than it did using and installing the tool - I was pleasantly blown away at how easily this process was.If you work with cylinder seals or flexible seals, this is an absolute lifesaver and well worth the investment!

works great installing seals on Vallejo style T/O bearing
I work for Ferrari and installing seals for T/O bearing can be a pain . this is a great solution. puts them in place and seats them so they won’t roll when installing in car

Not what they appear
These are supposed to be a seal installation tool, but they fall short. I have been installing hydraulic cylinder seals now for over 40 years, and when they first came out with this design back in the 80’s it was like a miracle tool for my industry, but this version doesn’t even come close.The units are way to slick so hanging on to them alone is a challenge, but then the seals have the same problem and shoot off the end. There are other type/designs out the and I recommend you buy those and save your money and don’t waste it trying to make these work. Take it for what it’s worth, but our family business has been around for 89 years and I’ve been at it full time for 40+ years, and I’m pretty sure we know a dud when we see it.
