Tropiclean Oxy-Med Anti Itch Medicated Treatment 592ml

My cat suffers from quite serious millary dermatitis caused by a flea bite allergy; he gets sores all up his back if he gets bitten by a flea. I am tired of having to take him to the vets and paying £60 every time he gets poorly from this, as I don't like him having loads of steroid and antibiotic injections. This happens even if he is flea treated, so I decided to try and also treat the dermatitis. I bought this product for this purpose and I am massively impressed; after one treatment his sores began to heal and he's more like his old self, without having to use drugs and spend a fortune! It was easy to apply, has a lovely scent and, in my opinion more importantly, was easy to wash off so I didn't have to stress him out unduly with loads of washing and scrubbing at his fur. Last summer my cat had a reaction to flea bites even though she was using Frontline flea treatment. She would constantly keep on scratching herself, biting up her tail, her back, keep on scratching her neck.Her fur started disappearing on her back and part of her tail, there were lots of scabs on her back, her tail, and around her neck because it was so itchy. I was going to take her to the vet because of her condition. Then I saw this and decided to buy it with the shampoo and Anti itch spray. I gave her a bath twice a week using the shampoo, then the conditioner which you have to leave on for a couple of minutes. When her fur was dry I would spray and massage the anti-itch spray onto the trouble areas. After about a week she wasn't scratching and biting so much and before a month the bumps and scabs started to heal. I must of used this for about 2 month. Much later in the year her fur grew back and grew back nice and thick. I was so amazed with this product I am so glad I discovered it. This treatment soothes the dry itchy scab skin on my cat. Very good treatment if your pet has a skin condition which can be treated at home. It would take me about 20 minutes to bath my cat because I wanted to make sure that the treatment penetrated the skin and it helps soften the scabs especially around her neck.I even changed her flea treatment to Advantage because frontline didn't seem to be doing the job anymore. Since last year she hasn't had any outbreaks.This is a wonderful product because I saw the tremendous change it did to my cat. I still use it with the shampoo once a month because I like to bathe her once a month and she loves it too.But I'll never forget all the bumps and scabs and fur missing because of reaction to flea bites,and how the shampoo, conditioner and anti- itch spray cured her problem. It is better to buy all 3 products if your dog or cat has a skin condition that you need to treat at home.

Delivered & leaked through the packaging, the seal was broken & the lid top wasn't even screwed on. The quality of the contents were turned to a complete emulsion-type watery fluid & whatever was left of the conditioner turned to tiny lumps like gone off milk. Super disappointed as it's not cheap stuff & I've bought their shampoo before with no problems. I obviously received a bottle that had not been stored correctly ref temperature or it's way past its use by date. If I could give a zero star rating, I would as, the product leaked all over my other items in the packaging.

Good value and actually works for itchy skin on our old staffy, smells nice good value

This treatment is brilliant, our 14-year-old dog was itchy all over. Constant scratching(no fleas) very dry skin. Washed with the hypoallergenic shampoo as the one to match this treatment wasn’t available, applied generously massaged it in as instructed left on for 5 mins. Washed off, our dog was more comfortable and the itching has settled down and gone away.

When I wash my cat, It whitens the fur of my white cat perfectly well. However it doesn't soap well and the fur remains greasy after unfortunately.

I have a tiny Jack Russell terrier who has had skin issues basically since birth. She has monthly Cytopoint injections at the vets but still usually had flare ups where she would go mad scratching the underside of her belly and biting at her paws literally all day and night! As you can imagine this did become very stressful for her and she would bite herself red raw and even make herself bleed in places. Within the first hour of having her first bath with both the shampoo and treatment she stopped scratching completely! She has finally relaxed and seems so much happier in herself all she has done is sleep because she must have completely knackered herself out scratching all the time! I cant recommend you try this out and follow the instructions if you have a dog with skin issues its been a lifesaver!!

We use this once a week or two. My dog it's itchy and turns pink and sometimes blotched of rash/bumps. We try to stay on giving him a bath every couple weeks with it to stop the itching. After using this on him by the next day he is cleared up. We started with our 2 year old when we got him at 8 weeks. His belly was full of bumps and skin was so pink. The shelter named him piglet because he was so pink. We believe the foster had flies and he was having a reaction. We used it as soon as we got home and the next morning he wasn't pink and the bumps had went down a bunch It smells so good and doesn't leave a wet dog smell mixed with it and leaves their coat so soft. People always ask what we use to get them soft

This is a thick cream that is not a shampoo. It helps certain skin conditions by alleviating itching. My dogs skin was itchy after I walked them someplace new that had fleas. First I shampooed to kill the fleas then used this to soothe their skin. It worked great. I also have a dog that gets itchy from allergies, this wasn't very effective. So it depends on the cause. However it left their coats silky and soft and smelled good.
