Incompatible with UK cisterns
I could not fit this product - the fittings are too short as the uk cisterns have the cold water feed on the right hand side. I could not source a longer tube with these fittings. (I tried three plumbers merchants). I like the idea of the product but as is it is of unmerchantable quality for the UK market.1/2inch fittings are common.

Sold in the UK but doesn't fit UK toilets.
This is an bidet, they sell it in the UK but the hose will not reach British stop taps since they're on the other side. Avoid this bidet if you're in the UK, they will not give you a longer hose.Additionally, it makes your seat on a slant, they sell "toilet seat adapters" separately, which they should just include in the box if it wasn't such a scam.
