These panties do their job. If you are spotting, no problem, but anything heavy, wear a pad or something. These panties are made for when accidents happen and they do contain the excess fluids. They are comfortable and not bulky. You cannot see them when wearing clothes. They are just like regular panties, but with a thicker lining in the crotch. Great product.

Added extra layer of protection!

I got these for my teenage daughter to wear with a pad for added protection without messing up daily underwear, and so far there are no complaints!**I do not recommend anyone trying to wear these alone as a single form of a protection pad, that is not what they are made for and is not sanitary to do.
