Super expensive compare to Spain but but the taste is good

A Bit Too Sweet
Not unpleasant but for me too sweet. A matter of personal taste which is hard to know before purchase.

Mainly glucose-fructose syrup
Strange artificial taste. Low quince content. Not a patch on the real stuff, which was all sold out at Christmas time. I would not have purchased had I realised it was full of glucose-fructose syrup and additives. I used some for glazing a ham and reluctantly threw the rest away after it turned a strange dull colour.
