Gianduja Milk Praline Chocolates: 23 Rich Almond & Hazelnut Creamy Pralines, Premium Gifts

One of my treats in life is top quality chocolate. I've long been a member of Hotel Chocolate but some of their fillings aren't really to my taste so I've been looking round for other makes.These are very expensive, working out at 77p each, but they're absolutely delicious and definitely not for sharing! They're actually cheaper from the Amazon seller than from Leonidas itself and come very securely packed in a polystyrene case. The Leonidas web site informs you that their chocolates are freshly made and should be consumed within 21 days but there's no use-by date on the box. Not that much of a problem since it would take a stronger will than mine to make them last more than 21 days anyway.Perfect for a 'me' treat or (if you could bear to give them away) a gift for a choc-loving friend who appreciates quality over quantity.

If you like praline (and I love praline, that lovely rich gooey nutty stuff I first encountered as Nutella...) then these are for you. Solid chunks of praline that melt in the mouth wonderully. Expensive, yes, but each individually gold-wrapped little morsel of deliciousness is a real treat in and of itself, beautifully packaged in an enticing gold gift box and then carefully nestled into protective styrofoam packaging so they arrive in perfect condition. These would make the ideal gift for a chocolate lover but are just as good as little treat for yourself. Highly recommended, the only tricky part is making them last.

Bought this item for a young family that lost their daddy in last few months.It’s very difficult for all in lockdown but this was a small gift to put a smile on their faces ,perhaps for them to still know that people care about them.The response was positive as Praline is their favourite family chocolate.Thank you for being part of this small surprise

Not the best, a somewhat bitter and dry/gritty under taste

Love these chocolates, my favourite after dinner treat, always have them in for special occasions. Trouble is that they go so fast!
