The light was much smaller than I was expecting, which is a good thing. I was debating between the 20W, 30W and 50W lights. I was going to buy the 50W but decided to buy the 30W light. I added it to my cart planning to buy it later along with other items. When I went to order it it went out of stock. So I decided to get the 20W light thinking if it wasn't bright enough I would return it. I am very glad I bought the 20W light. anything brighter would have been way too much. LED lights are absolutely amazing. Such little power can produce the equivalent of a 160W flood light. And I think it's brighter than that light would be because the light is a bright white color and not a more yellowish color like incandescent bulbs tend to be.It came with everything needed except for screws or bolts to mount it to the wall. I tried to use a standard 2.5" deck screw to mount it to the wall but the head of the screw was too small and falls through the holes in the mounting bracket. I had to use a washer. Actually, I didn't have a washer available so I made one by drilling a hole in a penny. I then wrapped the penny in electrical tape to make it black just like the mounting bracket. It worked perfectly, only cost me a penny (hahaha) and saved me a trip to the hardware store.The motion sensor works well. It turns on the light at around 18 to 20 feet. I would like it to go another 5 feet or so but it's not a deal breaker. Its only another 2 or 3 steps in the dark before it kicks on the light. The light covers almost my entire driveway (30 feet wide by 60 feet long). The light is about 3/4 down the 60 foot way of the driveway and shines across the 30 foot way. However the light pattern spreads to the sides about 20 feet in each direction. So it lights about a 30' by 40' area very brightly and less brightly for another 15 feet or so in every direction.I highly recommend this light.

5/13/19Using this light to illuminate inside of garage when garage door lights died. Installed and plugged into an extension cord then wall socket. Waited till dark to test...no light, just center part of light glows like a night light, not good. Adjusted both the LUX which determines daytime/night time motion detection and SENS which determines distance, turned lights off in totally dark garage, still no light. Will take down tomorrow and test directly into outlet plug and if condition still prevails will send back as DOA. Interesting that unit arrived in its own box and not in another box. There is a foam tray that the light face is placed into to prevent damage but if dropped don’t know if it could survive.5/14/19Took unit down and tested functions in a dark room. Plugged directly into wall socket and proceeded to change the settings to see it unit would work. After several attempts I was about to put the unit back into box and ship back to Amazon when the light did come on. Still skeptical I performed several more attempts varying the three settings to determine if the light functioned the way it was designed to perform. I then reinstalled the light and tested the SENS, LUX and angle to get an optimal light coverage. Set the TIME interval before you install your light (much easier) to determine how long you want light to stay on after motion has stopped. There is no measure on the switch so timing duration for desired length is a must.Have tested the light tonight and it does come on. So for now I will increase my satisfaction to 5 stars, with the reservation that if the unit quits performing I will update my review. Also I find it humorous that the picture on the box is upside down (?) with the sensor on the top. I installed with sensor on the bottom and all the pics that I have seen also show it on the bottom.5/20/19Follow up: light works as described. After initial problems with adjustments described above my garage light performs correctly in sensing motion with regards to darkness levels. Walking into garage without having to turn on lights with hands full and not leaving lights on all day so that you will have a lighted entrance when you return. See above pictures.

Not bad for the price. Super bright. Easy to install with corded plug so you don't have to wire the entire thing to a switch. Nice to have the different settings for light duration, sensitivity, and operational time of day. I took off the corded plug first in order to drill a small hole for the cord rather than a big hold for the plug. However, it takes much more time to do that.There is a couple of minor gripes. The plug comes installed and would rather have it not installed so then it saves some time. It is a better install if you just drill a small hole in the house for the cord and then reattach the plug rather than a big hole to fit the plug. Also, the fixture doesn't tilt that much downward because it hits the wall. You may be able to tilt it more if you turn the fixture upside down, but I think it is made to have the sensor on the bottom.

Recommended!- This is a nice quality product. In one sentence it works perfectly, has an adjustable timer, simple setup, and with very sensitive motion detection!- This is the third one of these that we have bought. This replaced our first one (lower wattage) that lasted about 18 months in another part of the garage! This new one is warrantied for 2 years and 2 months, so that's better.- These lights plug into two sockets we have in garage ceiling. These lights provide excellent light in two dark corners of the garage. They come on as soon as we step through the door, and add to our safety and ease of finding things there! :-)
