Brilliant! Just the right size and fits into my standard smallish oven. But the French bakers have a special rolling technique which is worth doing so the dough is curled over itself and then quickly rolled to elongate. Then, before it goes in the oven, a couple of knife cuts on the top. I should have put a tray of water to create steam to get more of a crust, but the loaves were nicely cooked with the perforated tray, Yes the bottoms are dimpled as in the shop ones, so it looks v. professional. Very pleased.

Very pleased with the quality of the baguette tray - easy to use and clean would definitely recommend.

Very good product but the channels are to narrow

These are fab. A 400g bread mix gives two large baguettes, although smaller volumes work well for slightly smaller baguettes. The dimpled underneath gives authentic looking bread, and the tray is nice and large and fits well inside my 60cm wide oven. I'll probably buy another one of these tray as my wife would like to bake in bulk.

After multiple uses, this is a still working perfectly and great addition to your bakery equipment. Easy to use, and clean with perfect results each time.

I don’t know how I have baked without these previously. Such a professional look to the bread. Only issue is the length means that they don’t sit on any of my baking trays so I put a flattish one upside down for them rest on as they were a bit woobly on the grids themselves.Don’t forget the tray / bowl of water in the bottom of the oven for a crisp bread!
