15 MINUTE WORKOUTS TO TRANSFORM YOUR BODY! Join Joe as he sweats it out amidst stunning views of Lake Como, Italy. Packed with nearly 3 hours of brand new content including 8 x 15 minute progressive work-outs, warm ups, a cool-down and a killer double 15 minute graduation workout to strive for! BONUS FEATURES: Includes a 24-Page 'How To' Exercise Guide Review: Simple and effective - I'm returning to exercise after a couple of years of being unable even to walk very much due to a problem with my ankle and subsequent surgery and rehabilitation. Before that, I used to do a lot of HIIT-style DVDs and had found them really effective. One of my biggest problems with workout DVDs generally is that I struggle to follow dance-style workouts with complicated steps to music, and the other is that I have a very low boredom threshold, so I wanted a proper, old-school workout with simple but effective exercises that will have me gasping for breath, but for a short space of time. I have to say, this DVD is perfect for me. A lot of DVDs that say '15 mins' or '10 mins' on the cover actually mean "We have a series of 15 minute workouts for you but you need to combine three or four of them and then add a warm-up and a cool down so actually you'll be working out for over an hour and we kind of lied, sorry." This is very much not the case with Joe's DVD: he really does suggest you do just 15 minutes a day, but makes the exercises as challenging as possible so you get maximum effect. He does a warm-up and cool down, but they are also very quick and over before you know it. The DVD is split into several levels which get progressively tougher, although Joe himself is sweating and out of breath in even the easiest level, so yes, they are hard work - but super-effective. They consist of short bursts of intense activity followed by 30 seconds of rest, so your heart rate goes up and down repeatedly - proven to be the most effective way of burning fat and increasing fitness quickly. There is then a half-hour 'winner's workout' at the end which you can try if you like, once you've spent weeks building up to it as you work through the other levels. I am very unfit now and finding it tough, but the fact that your workout is so short makes it so much easier to bear: you know it's going to be over soon and you know it's working. The exercises are very, very simple to follow. Squats, planks, high knees, a few boxing moves, etc. They'd work equally well for men or women; there's nothing gender-specific and they are the kinds of exercises athletes do rather the dance-led, aerobic class style workouts that feature in a lot of celebrity fitness DVDs. It's really obvious that Joe is proper trainer: he explains the moves very clearly, tells you what to be aware of posture-wise, and demonstrates them for you before you're thrown into it. There's no music, so you can go at your own best pace - you don't have to keep up a certain speed or number of reps, which again, makes this a great DVD for those starting out and wanting to build fitness. The right level for you is your own maximum effort, so it all feels nice and progressive and doesn't make you feel stressed or inadequate as some DVDs do when you can't keep up. Joe is enthusiastic and encouraging, doesn't shout like an angry drill sergeant but also doesn't go over the top with the whooping and cheering. I found him very likeable and down-to-earth. If you want a really effective, no-frills workout without fuss or gimmicks that you can fit into 15 or 20 minutes a day (I'd say maybe five times a week?) then this is for you. I love it and it's really helped kickstart me into getting fit again. Good Workouts but odd format
Great DVD for getting fit workouts are easy to follow and definitely get you sweating, the only downside comes from how the DVD is structured. There are 8 workouts (two of which require weights), two warm ups and one cool down (11 total) but only 8 "chapters" on the menu its makes navigating clunky as you skip back and forwards to find the right place. It comes with a handy booklet as well which shows all of the workouts with pictures in case you want to do the workout without being by the TV, strangely it doesn't include the warm down but does have both the warm ups.

Great
Great, does what it says

15 mins more healthier
This is excellent; provided sufficient lateral movement space is available, the 15-minute exercise routine is highly effective.

I was not disappointed! There are a few stylistic differences in comparison ...
Having bought the first DVD by Joe Wicks only last year and lost 36 Kg by doing it, it was a no brainer to buy the second one. I was not disappointed! There are a few stylistic differences in comparison to the old DVD: The warm up and cool down and now a part of each separate level so you don't need to keep pressing the buttons up and down the screen. Secondly, some of levels do require dumbbells for a few of the exercises which surprised me at first, so if you don't have some I'd recommend you get some cheap ones. I think the only thing I dislike (though it is a bit too strong a word) is that there are only 15 minute exercises and then a 30 minute Winners Workout; there was more of a sense of progression in the last DVD rather than just jumping from one extreme to the other in this one. That said, you could do both warm ups as part of the overall exercise which should make up for the missing time. I love the backdrop, an excellent choice at Lake Como! Despite my minor niggles with some stylistic differences they are not enough to warrant losing a single star. Joe remains the lovable, affable and motivating character he is, with boundless amounts of enthusiasm and energy that helped me lose all this weight to begin with.

Well worth buying if you want to get really fit aond lose weight.
I got the DVD after buying Joe’s first fitness DVD The Body Coach Workout. This onet is broken down into 15 minute workouts (except for the last 30min one). It definitely gets the fat burning and the fitness levels up. The whole thing can be downloaded onto an iPad or iPhone or Android and watched when your away from your more familiar surroundings. It’s a bit fiddly to figure out where the excercises start and stop once downloaded but it’s not rocket science. This is a very good DVD and all the routines are achievable. Like the first DVD, Joe is with you all the way from start to finish.

Excellent dvd. No music , brilliant. I do level 3 and Level 7 and that gives me a full work out and I’m finally managing a better body shape.
