Super light weight and easy to take for traveling or bringing to the gym. Stacks very well too.

This is good for the overall intent. I would recommend using either grips socks or clean bottoms sneakers since sometimes the surface can be become slick and start to slip.

The product is very light weight so it’s very easy to carry around. I was a bit skeptical at first because I was wondering about how well the wedge blocks will stack on top of each other, but it was able to retain my 180 lbs build. I highly recommend this product for people wanting extra knee support!

This compact item works well for me in my small apartment. I found that doing the squats were easier on my knees and used them to stretch afterwards giving a better stretch than usual. I found too that stacked together it can be used as a step for some cardio or as a yoga block. Highly recommended.

About foot wide so you need to use two for even elevation, yet no two were the same height. This slipped all over the hard wood, concrete and carpet but stood in place on a rough surface in my backyard and at the gym floor pads.
