Is suitable for 2 years old? Thanks

As long as the child can recognise different shapes and size of eyes it’s suitable. Our 3 year old on his third birthday picked it up and loved it. Buy it. Even if not suitable at 2yo it won’t be a long time before it is and my son loves the drama of the game (it is almost always close as to whether the tram wins or the game wins).

Are the instructions in languages other than English, specifically German?

They are only in English I’m afraid.
