This is the ideal desktop computer for the home business. The solid state main hard drive, at 256 GB, is more than big enough to hold all your programs and software, while the second 7,200 RPM 500 GB hard drive is also more than big enough to keep your files and archives. This is also the fastest computer I have experienced, always free of errors and freezes. Excellent product which arrived three days before the scheduled date of arrival. I had a VERY Frustrating and terrible time with this PC! It said WI-FI! Nope! They give you a Wi-Fi dongle and drive disk. The drive was installed and the Wi-Fi doesn’t pick up my Wi-Fi at all! I changed settings, checked all software to make sure I installed the right windows and the right info. I read the manual and changed settings on my router like 10 times, resetting it and restarting the computer as well.. nothing and the computer kept giving me the blue screen error code and keeps freezing now.. Hours spent trying to just get it connected and functional and I feel mentally drained and exhausted.

When it came I wasn’t expecting a perfect computer. Some cosmetic damage, but normal for refurbished. Everything works great except all of my usb3.0 ports are non-functional. Not a huge deal as I was going to do some upgrading anyway, but just be aware you get what you pay for.

Great computer! Great price compared to buying new. The WIFI usb adapter was plugged in for shipping and sustained damage during shipment. I notified the seller and they were very responsive, and immediately mailed me a new usb WIFI adapter.

I didn't receive the keyboard, mouse, and wifi/Bluetooth adapter with the PC but did receive it after I contacted them about the missing items. Computer description "expansion slot" information was incorrect.

Bought this item to replace old system. Wasn't sure about a refurbished product but could not resist great price. Install was easy and no problems were encountered. Took about 30 minutes and I was connected to my home network and the internet. Not a fan of Windows 10 but will deal with it. Did not really have to call for support so really could not comment on their efficiency. Product was delivered next day, can't beat it.

Exactly one week after the warranty expires this refurbished HP 6300 died. Neither the seller or Amazon refused to offer any help. I can not understand why Amazon allows third party sellers to rip off their long time customers. Do yourself a favor. Find another Seller. They do not offer any help on computers once the warranty ends.Update: the RAM sticks were bad. I replaced them with new ones. It works now but Amazon allowed the seller to sell computers with Win pro OS with no product key. Seller refuses to give me a working key. Avoid this seller!!

Awesome, right out of the box. Very silent, fast, and I'm very happy!
