Beware plastic runners on hide and slide
The hide and slide feature . Its run on plastic door runners, beware they are brittle and break, NEFF and all appliance fixers all know about it.For a £800 appliance this is a cost cutting joke, the runners could be made of stainless or aluminium and would not break. Buyer Beware

neff slide and hide
i am really pleased with the oven. so easy to use and the symbols are so clear to follow. the slide door is great because it means you can get much closer to the pans and dishes to lift them in and out. the only tiny thing is that the door is not as easy to clean because it doesn't stay out easily to clean. having said that i will be getting a second when i get my new kitchen put in so that i have 2 then i can bake even more.

Unreliable touch controls
Not bought from Amazon but from a local supplier. The touch controls are very unreliable. It has taken upwards of 16 touches to get the thing to switch on. Tried different fingers and even a tablet stylus. Neff engineer has been out and failed to fix it.

Appalling aftercare from NEFF when they break down
Don't buy NEFF. They break down constantly and the customer service is appalling. They make Bosch and SIemens too. Utter rubbish and even worse after care.
