I love how this film changes the vibe inside my apartment! It allows for privacy while also letting in light and still allowing me to notice movement outside my home. When the sun shines through it casts rainbows and then at night, outside lighting makes it look like a portal! It’s easy to install and durable. When I move I expect to take it with me and reinstall. The bubbles are easy to remove during application and it peels off easily if you want to reposition. It’s a great value for such quality! I will be purchasing more to cover my bedroom windows next!

This is colorful & fun privacy film!I got this for a spare room window that gets lots of Sunshine and is near our very larger Amazon Delivery box we made for all our deliveries….As I said in my review of the similar frosted type of window film, you can leave about 1” of open space around the edges, so maybe make your cut shape 2” shorter & 2” less wide than you need (unless you are in apartment with another neighbor within feet looking right at you 😉), which will give you 1” all the way around to peek outside. 👍🏼These are easy to install.

FYI, I couldn’t take a decent picture to depict all this:1) the color is not the same as the images - is less orangy & more beige. The rainbow effect is muted, so it’s not like you’re living in a kaleidoscope. You may see this as good or bad; I like it as it’s not overpowering my decor.2) though somewhat translucent, there is enough opacity for privacy, unless you are in a very brightly lit room, it is dark outside & you are close to the window. Similar to a frosted glass shower door.3) peeling the backing off is a hassle. There is 1 tab to pull off one corner, but if you are doing 2 windows & have to cut the sheet in half, just one tab isn’t enough. There should be tabs on all 4 corners. I kept rolling a corner between 2 fingers until the backing began to separate. It took forever.4) How to: with backing still on, cut the decal to size, leaving about a 2 inches excess if possible. 1 inch is not enough if the decal moves around. clean the window well, especially the corners & edges. Windex worked fine. soak a sponge with water & suds it up a bit with dish detergent - not much is need. (You don’t need to wet the decal BTW - just the window.) Leave the sponge mostly full of water & soap. soak the window evenly. It’s ok if it drips. Peel away the backing about 4 inches down from the top of the decal. Press the 4 inch section to the top edge of the window. Slowly pull the backing behind down the rest of the way while holding the top section of the decal in place with the other forearm. It’s tricky - Go slowly, working your way down. wet the window further if it starts to dry out. A really wet window is necessary. Once on, smooth by hand or Squeegee out bubbles & excess water by working your way from the center outward. Slit each corner with a razor/exacto knife to help squeegee the corners flat. Slice off the excess decal as close to the edge as possible, going slowly to avoid tears & jagged edges. Removing all bubbles will take a bit of time & patience. I finished my windows a few days ago - no bubbles or peeling so far. Good luck!

I got this for my living room windows, to keep people in the next building over from being able to see in when I've got the curtains open. And, to that end, it's perfect!It's a little bit fiddly to get the hang of hanging it at first, but once you've got the steps down installation is a breeze! And because it's repositionable, if it ends up a little crooked it can be fixed in just a minute - just pull it down, re-wet the surfaces, and re-hang it!Also, the rainbows it casts are so pretty, and it's even colorful at night! I love it!

I had bought another style of this type of window covering and it was nice but I saw this one and thought I might like it better. I absolutely LOVE this pattern! It looks so regal and rich on my side windows at my front door. Very happy.

So pretty when the light comes through. It’s perfect to keep the heat out but lets the light in. Easy to install. I’ve gotten a couple more rolls to do more windows. Def worth it

Super great for privacy in my daughter’s bedroom windows but still being super cute and colorful. She loves that when it’s sunny it makes her room covered in rainbows
