TiVo Mini WiFi Adapter (Renewed)

Works great and happy to be using OTA vs cable.

This small item solved the problem of connecting a TIVO Romeo to a TIVO Mini. I had a MOCA network that kept losing connection. Tried a new a cable, new modem, multiple calls to tech support, a bunch power restarts. Nothing helped so tried this adapter. Worked right away: found it's IP addressing using EERO no problems with connectivity. One caution it requires a newer version of the mini, the old pyramid style will not work.

I'm not sure what is done to "renew" one of these, but I got one, installed it, and turned on the TIVO Mini. All working great.

Works great. I might detect a small delay while initiating Live TV, but otherwise indistinguishable from a hard wired connection.

This was compatible with my iMoca system. Solved a problem I was having with my coaxial wiring.

I purchased this item to wirelessly connect my TiVo mini LUX to my home network so that I could stream my living room TiVo wirelessly in my den. This item did not produce the necessary signal strength to work. It produced a signal strength of 52%. After calling TiVo technical support, I was told a signal strength of 80% is required to function properly. This item does not work and should not be on the market. Do not waste your time purchasing this piece of junk.
