I’ve been using this Veise keyless door lock for over a year now, and it’s been completely reliable the whole time. The fact that there’s no keyhole is a huge plus for security—there’s nothing to pick or tamper with. Programming it was simple, and the auto-lock feature is a lifesaver when you’re rushing out the door. Battery life has been solid too—I haven’t had to change them yet. For the price, the features and durability make it a great value. Highly recommended if you want hassle-free, secure access for your home.

When I ordered the Veise Keyless Entry Door Lock, I was not quite on board with the idea of a keyless entry system. I attributed my skepticism to my age and decided to order it and keep an open mind. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was how heavy the system was, that in itself was comforting. I had been concerned the quality would not match what I already had installed. The Veise lock seems to be heavy-duty and of good quality, I am comfortable using it as a locking mechanism on my door. Another item of concern was if I would be able to install it myself, and once it was installed if I would be able to program it. When I opened the box and unpacked everything, I was quite happy to see that in addition to a complete installation guide, there was also a template included for installing the lock, and a one-page color-coded quick setup guide for programming and deleting the codes. The Amazon page does a nice job of showing photos of the product and describing the product, so I will not try to duplicate those. I would like to emphasize the high-quality directions that were included. I have included photos of those because, in a world where there may be five items of similar value and quality, I would select the brand that has taken the time and expense to make sure the customer receives high-quality clear directions. Since this is brand new, I am not able to comment on the battery life. I plan on using this so my grandchildren can enter my home, without having to give them each a key. A friend has seen the system and has indicated that they would like to get one for their parent's home, they are elderly and keep locking themselves out of the house. He thinks this may be a solution. I am happy with the quality of the Veise keyless lock and very pleased with the installation and programming instructions. This was a good purchase.

I purchased 3 of these for my home when I bought it in 2023. They have worked perfectly with no issue until yesterday. One of the keypads started acting up, however, I connected with Nicole at support and she was able to resolve my issue very quickly. Thank you Nicole, highly recommend these keypads!

I can't figure out how to program this thing. I have read the instructions and watched the video. I finally got it to lock but have no idea how to get back in from the outside. I've tried everything. Is there customer service for this lock? It wouldn't open from the outside today and I had to climb in a window today. 😢

good lock, clear installation instructions. Problem is, there is no key as back up in case the batteries go dead! update: you can use a power bank in case the batteries go dead! But item is shipped without the cable to connect to a power bank. Otherwise, it is a good lock.

I bought this a year ago and it has been flawless. If you are handy and have attention to details, this is likely an excellent buy. If this is your first time installing an electronic lock, also consider: 1. You will need to have fresh Alkaline AA batteries. You might get away with using quality rechargeable batteries but Vise officially supports Alkaline AA batteries. 2. You might miss a door sensor feature if you use the "auto lock" feature. Unless you have a way to shut the door behind you or remember to close the door before the "auto lock" feature kicks in, it's likely the bolt will hit the door jamb. This is something that happens to me a lot especially when I have guests visiting. However, this has not affected the lock itself, although it has marred the jamb. I would say this is absolutely unbeatable value when bought on sale. If it had some kind of a door sensor feature to protect the "auto lock" feature from kicking in when the door's not closed, this would be a market leader. I hope Vise thinks of this and comes up with a new version of this workhorse. Vise seems to be invested in building a high quality brand for themselves and I hope to purchase more from them in the future.

This Veise keyless deadbolt is easy to install, works great, and if you often forget your housekey/keyring, you can still get in! Set your own entry code and create other codes for those who need access temporarily or long term. If you buy one Veise keyless deadbolt for each of your home's entry doors, you can secure your home and unload your housekeys from your keyring entirely. Tip: It's battery operated, so put a reminder in your phone to change the batteries twice a year (like you do for your smoke detectors) to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Love this lock. Works great and has no key or core with pins that can be picked. Only the code will open it, well and a saw for the door frame or a kick or a sledge hammer. Why do we lock doors again?
