It worked with my Welch Allen portable otoscope. Make sure to buy the correct model. There are two different type of lightbulbs that are specific to the equipment you may have. Just pay attention to the lightbulb you’re removing and replacing.

This product does not fit in a Zyrev otoscope. The info given in the initial review does not tell you this. The return cost is about half the original bulbs price. Beware!!!
