That is comfortable

Read through the incomprehensible instructions. Charged the first day about 10 minutes, worked for about 5 minutes. The warmth and pulsing was nice. Charged the second day for 15 minutes- the little battery lights all 3 glowed indicating fully charged. Attached to the mask- nothing. dead.

So I buy eye mask every other month I feel, because the heat helps me relax and fall asleep when I have a killer headache. The battery kept falling off if I moved my head slightly and if it was attached directly to the usb cord, the plug would slip out. It was a comfortable fit though. I just didn't love that it didn't have direct heat to the eye, it is more of an indirect heat. So my advice, if you like a direct heat this isn't for you.

The vibration is very light with battery pack, so light it is hard to feel. The battery and the eye mask broken after 6 month gentle use, and the fabric is wear with linen ball. No recommend.

Ordered this for myself- it works well however I do find it somewhat difficult to turn of and on as it seems to be very touchy

This Taykoo eye mask is advertised primarily as heated. I have chronic dry eye and I need cooling. While I will occasional put a warm moist cloth over my eyes for hydration, I need cooling when they become irritated or inflamed. I've resorted to rubbing ice on my eyelids at times or around my eyes.I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but I'm pleasantly surprised. First of all, this Taykoo mask is of high quality. The material, the chargers, the gel mask and straps are well made. It's also easy to use. Simply attach the power supply and push a button.The massage mask has a comfortable adjustable strap. The power supply has lights. It can be plugged in directly with the magnetic charger. I use it with the detachable power supply. The button is on the front left side of the mask. One press is massage plus heat. A second press is massage only, which I use with the cool gel mask. A third press turns it off. A nice feature is the slightly different sound so I can tell which cycle I'm using.Charging time is about 30 minutes. Use time is about 15 minutes. To use the cooling gel mask, place it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Place it on the mask as shown in the picture.This will be good for travel as well. It doesn't add moisture but it does help sooth the inflammation. The massage is felt around the eyes. I can't speak much about the heat cycle since I won't be using it, but while testing, it was warm, not hot.I'm pleased to have anything that feels good on my eyes.
